I get mail for every person who ever lived in my condo
I got tired of writing Addressee Unknown Return to Sender on 20 pieces of important looking mail addressed to former tenants each year, so I decided to buy the stamp a few weeks back and I've already used it twice. It also comes in handy for mail I get from people I want to think I no longer live at my address.

Nice size and clear text.
I get mail all the time for past people who have lived in the house that I rent. It gets very annoying and some of the mail looks like it could be important. Not that it is my responsibility but it is nice that I have this stamp that I keep in the car so when I go to check the mail I get it and take it with me every time. I get more mail for other people than I get for myself. So I simply stamp and put right back in the outbox.
