Son resistentes y cumplen su función. Creo que recomendaría más la opción que va de 50 a 200 libras. Yo compre el de 100 a 350 libras y, si bien cierro el 100 libras bastante bien, los saltos son grandes y, al menos en mi caso, tengo que subir empezando por negativas.

La gamme est superbe ! Esthétique et large en terme de performances. Allant de 45 a 160kg environs, vous trouverez forcément de quoi évoluer ! Cependant, le seul petit bémol est l'ergonomie. Si on rajoute les strapps fournis, tout vas bien, mais étant donné que c'est peu pratique a mettre, sans, les poignées sont douloureuses sur des applications prolongées Le produit reste tout de même formidable, n'ayez pas la flemme de mettre les strapps comme moi !

I picked these up to work on my forearm and grip strength, and it’s a solid kit for the money. You get a range from 50lbs to 200lbs, which is great because you have plenty of room to progress as you get stronger. I actually prefer this over the adjustable type. Working your way up through the different physical units feels like more of an achievement as you get stronger. The grips themselves are heavy-duty metal and feel like they’ll last a long time. Just a heads-up, though: the metal handles are pretty aggressive and "bite" into your hands quite a bit. If you aren't used to it, it can be a bit rough on your palms. Luckily, they include 6 rolls of grip tape in the box. I have not wrapped mine yet, but I feel I may do so. Overall, it's a good, simple set for anyone looking to build strength at home without spending a fortune.

I'll just come right out with it. I think that this is a great value! This set of grip strength trainers range from 50 - 200 lbs. They are nice and heavy. Solid. Durable. Tough. They look great. I think that the pictures in the ad don't do them justice. The anodized metal are bright and bold in color. When I squeezed each one, they felt about right in the poundage assigned to each one. Along with the 6 grip trainers comes six sets of grip tape, in case the knurling is too much for your hands. Let's talk about the knurling for a minute, as I think this is the most important part to consider. I think the amount of knurling that is good or bad is very subjective. I read quite a few reviews that complained about these handles just being too rough. Here's what I say... I'll let you decide for yourself if it's a good or bad feature... Yes, they are knurled. If you don't know what I mean, basically the handles have a rough texture. Look at the pictures carefully... the cross hatching there is the knurling. Knurlling has its purpose, but it also has its drawbacks. One one hand, the texture adds some grippiness to the handles so you don't lost your grip if your hands are super sweaty or whatever. On the other hand, too much knurling can get uncomfortable... expecially if you have soft skin. If you don't have callouses all over your hands that desensitize you from some of this discomfort, these can get quite uncomfortabe. However, the more you work with these, your skin will toughen. Is that a good or bad thing? That's for you to decide. Personally, I don't mind it. If you use kettlebells or work with your hands a lot, this likely won't bother you. Otherwise, it might. The great thing is that you do have the grip tape. If the knurling is too uncomfortable (it will feel more intense as you go higher in the poundage), you can always wrap them. The only thing that I might ding these on is the fact that, when I accidentally dropped one of these, it actually scratch off some of the color. I thought the color would have been a little tougher than that. I mean, honestly, it's not a big deal... I didn't buy these for the colors! LOL! But the fact is, for those of you who do buy this for the colors, you need to be aware that these may not look so hot in a few years if you're rough with them. I'm convinced they'll work just as great as new... but they won't necessarily look it. For me though personally, I could care less. To be honest, the less squeaky clean and shiny and the more scratched and "battle-worn"... to me, it's not a bad look. I'd rather they look like I used them! All in all, I really like these! They are clearly marked and seem to be accurate as well (though I don't have a way to measure that for sure).
