Is there any tips for making milk foam?

1.Use cold whole milk. 2.Please don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. To achieve the best frothing result, insert the steam wand in the milk, just blew the surface. 3.Please keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.

How to get the ideal pressure?

If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

Can I use coffee pods with this machine?

No, our machine isn't suitable for espresso pods. Please use freshly ground coffee with it.

I pressed "2 cup" button for a few moment but no water is flowing out, why?

If you can't brew coffee or water at first time, please make a first use cycle according to user guide. Also, this problem may caused by the water tank is not be placed properly, please remove the tank and install it again for a few times.
