Worth the money!
I inherited a 1200-1400 gal above ground pool. And this is perfect for it! Almost too much for my pool but, my kids have made sure it's working in its prime. It was easy to install, and it's really quiet compared to the old pump. Well worth it!

Worth the money
Best purchase. Replaced it for the one that came with the pool. Absolutely no issues with water flow and great quality for the price.

Very unsatisfactory overall.
Contents did not include Unions and rings as shown in description. Did not produce the water throughput as claimed. Took a long, long time to self prime. Item was previously used and the basket still contained debris from previous user. The electrical connection was damaged to the point it exposed bare wire, a life threatening situation. Overly noisy.

Product life span /warranty
Iโm giving a 2 star rating for the moment . I bought this pump in September of 2024 . Itโs not had a lot of use between then and now . It died the other day . Turning it on it just hums and through the breaker . Most of us say hey thats a bad start capacitor ! But it checks out good . I spin the shaft and it starts up . I contacted the company and Iโm waiting to hear back . Oddly which I didnโt catch was thereโs no warranty info posted on Amazon nor the MFโs web site that I could find . Also itโs my fault that I didnโt realize what this company specializes in which is not pool pumps . Lol Also Iโm not sure this pump is rated for outdoor use it sure does not look like it is . So Iโll see how they handle this if thereโs no replacement then this review will stand and you should avoid this product without clear warranty info . I will say itโs quiet and its flow rate is good when running . lol wish it was a two speed . Update ; contact with company via email sent some possible repair options which worked . It involves some mechanical skills so be aware . Company response was fast so thatโs another plus . Bottom line pool up and running again . ๐

The product is fine, shipping not so much.
The item was fine, but the shipping was 2 days late not happy about that. Item was needed on the original date.

Very, very quiet
Insulation was smooth and easy to do. Iโve used this pump all summer and it is so quiet compared to the one I had lots of water volume runs through it.

It works
It's been running pretty much constantly for months now and is working fine. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Worth every penny
My last pump was also 1.5HP, but I feel this one is stronger... water circulates so well in my 15ft pool, barely had to use any products this summer

VIVOHOME Knows That There Pump Is Defective
Leaking one day after install. They know that this is a problem as they hide a warning sheet in the packaging. This will be sent back today.
