Does what it was designed to do.
Fit it properly around your body, then you tighten it with the left and right tension velcro straps. When I first put it on , I was disappointed, not realising that there were the two tension straps, then once I tightened these, the belt was secure and supported my back fine. Very pleased with quality and price. Highly recommended

This belt works well, gives a lot of support and has no doubt prevented a few sessions of bad back. 1 star off because it's quite tall on the body and can pinch a bit when you are bending over a lot of times. Mninor quibble really.

It's well made and fits well.This is the first back support I have ever found that offers some pain relief! When my pain is unbearable, this brace offers enough relief that I can do basic chores. It does not stop the pain, but it allows me to function.
