Very sturdy, made from metal not plastic like other brands. You have to find good adjustment for stability, because on crossbike was loos a bit after wile. But on the road it perfect. Good product for that amount of money!

I have lots of different clamps, But this Insta Heavy Duty Clamp is the best engineered of the lot, More expensive than others, but you can see and feel the quality, I use DJI Action cameras, and this clamp is perfect for mounting them, I wish I had known about these clamps earlier, as I would have bought them, instead of the others I use.

Very good mount, I used this mountain biking with my Insta360 X5 and was fully expecting a shaking mess but it was perfect, included a very short clip of a very steep/rocky descent followed by a jump, I spent an hour on the trail and all the footage very similarly steady. The mount itself is very well made, quite heavy but didn't affect my riding and firm holding in any position. My only complaint would be that the wheel for screwing into the camera rattles slightly if no camera is mounted, but everything else is so well made I can't drop any score, it's just so well made.

Top quality and very sturdy clamp.

This is a good bit of kit, it's very good quality on most parts and is weighty, but i am having trouble securing it to the handle bar of my motorcycle. I tighten it as much as I can, and it moves around after a few minutes riding. I have a street triple which is a pretty standard motorcycle. It seems as if the bar is too thin. This was actually a replacement for the same mount as tightening wore down the plastic thumb screw leaving it stuck on the handlebar and having to drill into it to remove it. This mount could do with some spacers to go onto thinner handlebars. Also, the thumb screws would be better if they were metal, leaving no chance of them rounding off. Any other position on the motorcycle is absolutely fine and I've got some amazing footage using it.

very solid clamp. used to put on front of bike, but its probably a bit over the top and a bit heavy. but have attached it to roof bars on the car, and i felt it was very secure.

If I was hanging onto something for dear life, I'd be happy hanging onto this as it does not budge and once clamped it never let's go, of anything, love it!!

The reality is you will probably need two of these and at $39 at the time of this writing, it is a bit expensive. I have used multiple mounts earlier from Amazon across local camera hardware. They are around 1,000 to 2,000 but for this mount, for which I have spent around 4,800, it is 100% worth every penny because there is no ball joint. The chances of it getting loose from the vibration of the bike are pretty limited
