Phenomenal results! I will never go back to the basic detangler brush after using this one. I only use WET brush products because my kids and I have extremely long and thick hair. Our hair gets frizzy and tangles easily. My daughter's hair tangles way more than mine, and it seemed impossible to remove all the knots. After multiple sessions with the basic wet brush, we tried the pro detangler and had immediate results with no pain from the detangling process, and it was very quick to detangle without a lot of other products to assist. My daughter hates brushing her hair but loves this brush. I am going to have to buy another just so she will stop taking mine. It is heavier, so I do not think I have to worry about snapping the brush at the handle like I have with all of my other Wet brushes, which is why I had to purchase a new hairbrush to begin with.

In 38 years I have written only 3 reviews because very few things empress me. For two days I attempted to get what is basically a dread out of my hair. I have past shoulder length hair and it's as thick as any hair I have ever seen. So its a nightmare when it's tangled. After my scalp hurt so bad I was feeling sick from trying to get it out, I decided to buy a new brush. I came across this one and figured for 8 bucks I wouldn't be out anything if it sucked. It got delivered 5 minutes ago. I pulled it out and within a min my hair is completely straightened out. Absolutely no tangles and it didn't take a wig full of pulled out hair to accomplish. I have absolutely no idea how what seems like a normal brush can do what it just did. I was almost emotional because I have spent hours and hours and went through allot of pain to get my hair straightened out for two solid days and this thing just took care of it without the slightest discomfort and that's after my head is incredibly tender from the past few days. Absolutely amazing. I would pay 100 dollars for this brush if I had known what it would do. Very few things in 38 years have impressed me like this simple brush. Thank you to whoever made this brush.

It feels weird to be so in love with a brush, but this is probably the best brush I've ever owned. I've always liked the Wet brush as I have thick wavy hair and they've always been effective at getting through knots and tangles effortlessly. This version is somehow even better than any other Wet brush I've owned. The design of the brush itself feels very sturdy, it sits well in my hand (and I have grip issues) and doesn't feel cheap. The "bristles" of the brush are thin and very flexible and at first I was skeptical on whether or not they would even be able to get through my hair, but not only does it detangle my hair, it leaves it so, so soft and shiny. I highly recommend this brush. Easy, effortless smooth hair, great quality, and a great price point too.

Great brush. It detangles hair easily without pulling, and it’s gentle enough to use every day. The bristles flex just right, making it comfortable and effective whether hair is wet or dry. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and works well on different hair types. The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bristles can wear down over time, but overall it’s still one of the best detangling brushes I’ve used. Overall: a reliable, comfortable brush that makes detangling quick and painless.

My hair could be considered a cross between Rapunzel and Medusa. It is wild and all over the place. Not course, but very fine and has a life of it's own. The minute I get done brushing it it already has tangles. On top of that, I color my hair and also do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and there are some days I admit I just don't have the energy to tackle the mess on my head. I am so tender headed and just hate dealing with tangles. Sleep with a silk pillow, don't wash everyday, and all that jazz. I am getting to the good part I promise, just setting the scene. I did jiu jitsu on Thursday, showered but just conditioned my hair and put it in a bun with the intentions of brushing it out the next day. The weekend just blew up with business and kids and again, just didn't have the energy. I totally understand those women in the hair de-matting videos get that way, I did shower, but just kept my hair in a bun. I got my brush today and when I got it I was convinced it was just going to break or get caught. There was no way it was going to touch my hair through all the tangles. I did a deep breath and just decided to dive in. Imagine my surprise when not only did it un snarl my hair but I was able to go back through it and my hair was brushed in less than 3 minutes. I admit, I teared up a little because I didn't know where this brush had been all my life. My family used to hear me brushing my hair, not because of the grumbling but because it would just sound like I was ripping my hair out. This just went through it fairly easily. This is just day 1 and I don't care if it breaks tomorrow and I have to keep replacing it. Love this so much.

Great brush, but I prefer the larger paddle ones... I gave this one to my son.

I knew about this brand yeaaaars ago, but for some reason never got round to trying it. My child has very thick curly hair, and knots and tangles are a nightmare so I decided to give Wet Brush a go. Oh my goodness. The hype is all true! Whether the hair is soaking wet and covered in conditioner, or totally dry, this brush glides through knots SO much easier than any brush I've had before. It moves so smoothly through the hair and barely pulls at all, unless it's on a big tangled knot, but even then it's way less than other brushes. I bought a couple of other colours as well, for myself and my other child, but the rubber grip on this one is awesome so I'll definitely buy one with the grip again in future. Definitely recommend these!

No quality issues with this. Super soft bristles. Almost no tugging at all and it feels great. Combs through long+wavy hair just fine, doesn't hurt the scalp. Overall, I am happy with this and would recommend it. Only downside is the handle length+thickness. I'm over 6 foot and I find it small, even compared to other brush handles. It's more suited to those under 5'6". So I guess it will be perfect for kids. It's super light, too.

Only one thing I wanted to mention: Bristles can wear down over time (especially if I use hot air for blow drying) I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle, efficient way to manage their hair.
