Easy to use
Easy to apply the remover, I had to reapply as the previous sealant left a residue. But it did the job. The removing tool worked well. It had attachments to smooth the new sealant, so very versatile. Price ok, very pleased, job done.

Wow! Super tool. Very easy to use and really does get rid of old grout. The liquid with brush gets all the last bits off

Would work well for a small job.
It worked quite well but the bottle and applicator are tiny and so no good if you have a lot of silicone to remove.

Poor quality product
I think this is a very poor product. I left it on for around 20 minutes the first time, but it made no difference. I still had to scrape just as hard as I would have without using the gel. I removed the loosened bits, then applied a thick second coat and left it on for almost 30 minutes, well beyond the recommended 15 minutes. It still didn't soften the silicone at all, and I had to use plenty of elbow grease to remove it. In my experience, it simply doesn't work and isn't worth the money.
