Great size and easy cleanup
I’ve been really happy with the Bella 10" x 20" Ceramic Fold-n-Store Dual Temp Griddle! The 10" x 20" surface is the perfect size — big enough to cook multiple items at once, but compact enough to fit just about anywhere in the kitchen. I love that it folds for storage, which makes it easy to tuck away without taking up a lot of space. The ceramic nonstick coating works wonderfully. Food cooks evenly, and I haven’t needed to use any cooking sprays at all. Cleanup is incredibly simple — most of the time I just wipe it down with a damp rag and it looks like new again. The dual temperature zones are also a nice feature, especially when cooking different foods at the same time. It heats up well and maintains temperature. Overall, it’s a quality griddle with a sleek design, and I like that there are a few different color options to choose from. Definitely a great addition to the kitchen!

Great for Tabletop Cooking and Easy Storage, with One Small Tradeoff
I bought this griddle to use alongside a raclette-themed Christmas dinner for my family. We already have a raclette party machine, but people sitting at the ends of the table couldn’t easily reach it, so I added this griddle to give them their own grilling space—and it worked out great. We grilled shrimp, scallops, pork, and beef, and everything cooked evenly. I also placed a small skillet on one side so guests could melt butter for seafood, which worked perfectly. The dual temperature zones were really helpful for cooking different items at the same time. I was a little worried about cleanup, but it ended up being pretty easy. You clean the cooking surface first, then fold it down to access and clean the drip tray area. The folding design is also very convenient for storage, especially if you don’t have a lot of kitchen space. The only downside is that because it folds, the center hinge area reduces the usable grilling space compared to a standard flat griddle. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, this is a versatile, well-designed griddle that worked beautifully for entertaining, and I’ll likely use it again for things like pancakes or breakfast foods.

Nice little griddle with just a few minor "character" flaws...
So far, I'm really liking this electric griddle. It works great and looks really nice. It's super easy to clean up too. I really like that I don't have to heat the entire thing up if I don't need or want to. It's just my husband and me. so we don't cook a ton of food at a time. This is the perfect size for us. It warms up really fast and warms up enough to nicely toast bread for grilled cheese sandwiches. I was originally wondering (before buying it) how easy it would be to clean the slot where grease and debris goes down into the collection tray, but now that I have used it, I see that's it's fairly easy to clean. I'm able to poke my finger and/or a wash cloth/paper towel down into the opening and easily wipe it out. I leave it on my counter so it's easy to use whenever I need it, but also not forget about it like all the other small kitchen appliances I've purchased over the years were forgotten about. The color is a very pretty soft green - not minty or gaudy, just nice looking. My only complaint about the exterior look of it - especially for leaving it out on the counter - is that you have to look at the rubber feet, drain hole and drip tray. There's not really a good way to dress it up. It does kind of look like a smiley face, so there is that. :) I'm not crazy about how the cord gets stored. It's nice that they thought to include a place to wrap it, but when you get to the end of the cord and it just hangs there or you have to figure out how to carefully tuck the velcro strap around it so you can easily undo it the next time and also not pinch your fingers in the process. I ended up just draping the cord over the top and not even using the velcro strap because I got tired of fiddling with wrapping it each time. Perhaps a built-in piece on the back of the plug that would allow you to snap it to the cord (like my vacuum has) would be better? The knobs are marked with the temperature settings, but it's in a very faint color that's very hard to read against the green background. That would've been nicer and easier to read if it were printed in black or dark gray ink. Maybe even white would've been easier to read? And, finally... I just discovered when I pulled the griddle away from the wall to take a picture of the temperature knob markings for this review that the little black rubber feet that protect the counter when storing it were no longer IN the machine but rather stuck to the counter. I must've put it away the last time it was used while the counter was still damp. So, keep that in mind when storing it. The feet were easy to push back into place but beware that they can come out easily. Overall, this is a great little griddle for the price. It's pretty and works great so far. I'm not sure how long all the plastic trim pieces, little rubber feet and even the non-stick coating will last, so I'll try to remember to come back in a few months and update my review. I do take care to use nylon utensils with it, so I'm not so worried about the non-stick coating.

How did someone not think of this sooner
Works great and love that it folds up. Perfect for the small family but still would work for a large family. We don't use it often, so it is great that it folds up. Love the nonstick, never need to spay.

great idea except everything runs into the drain pan
I thought this would be great, but I was wrong. The idea is cool, but the execution is awful. First of all, when you unfold it, and lay it flat on your level countertop, the actual cooking surfaces are pitched toward the center drain slots. So much so, that you can't even scramble one egg, without chasing it to the slot to stop it. You can't do a sunny side up egg, because you have to hold it back with a spatula. Now, it will do things great like hot dogs, burgers, hot ham and cheese sandwiches, bacon, and such. Just don't expect it to replace your old skillet. It is a fold-able griddle, and can only be used as such. I expected the sides to be taller, but they are only about 1/4 inch. so, nothing with a sauce, either.

Nice addition to kitchen
I really like this grill. I just love how it cooks fast and multiple food at once. I haven’t had any stickiness issues, it’s light compared to my George Forman grill. Perfect size to put in my lower cabinet. The temperature control dial is easy to read and temperature control for certain foods in the book seem accurate, but do know one thing the buttons on one side that release the grill down make sure they are pushed in and all the way. Reason for me saying this is one button I didn’t push in but halfway and couldn’t figure out why the grill wouldn’t go down so I forced it a little bit and then stopped because I heard a cracked noise, so I went to the other side and pushed the button all the way in and it went down easy so I went back to the other side and pushed the button all the way in and it went down easy. But my result by forcing it grill open a little bit cracked the housing that the rod goes through. The grill is still functional and will close and open completely if the release button is pressed accurately. And one thing I do love the most about this grill is that it has a area to wrap your cord around.

Uneven heating
This is great since it folds up and is space saving. Here was our experience: set the temperature the same on both sides for bacon, but the right side cooked normal and the left side did not heat up and cook as much, so we moved the food to the right side only. It has a slight lean in the middle so grease can drain into the trap; however, eggs can slide off too. All in all, like the product for pancakes and French toast.

Jury still out
Wondered at first if we were ever going to get it at all. Tracking not possible at first and later was delayed twice. When parcel did arrive the packaging looked like it had made more than one trip. Made us wonder if it was new or a refurbished or returned item. It has been used once and we will assess it further in the coming days. Some parts like the drain tray look flimsy. Expected something a bit more sturdier.
