Work very well. I recently accidentally stabbed through my thumb while breaking up something. I used the items in the kit to clean, prepare and repair my wound area. Since I live in a distant location with lack of a good hospital, this enabled me to treat myself (by myself - hubby was away). My wound healed under the closure strip and removal was easy. The day after I used the kit, I went to a local doctor for antibiotics as suggested, and he was very impressed with this kit. Whenever we travel, I take one kit with us. It's small, light and easy to travel with.

Works graat and will need to purchase some more. Highly recommend it.

I haven’t opened the wound kit yet but I think it looks well packaged and from what I have read these are well made and could prove to be invaluable in an emergency situation. I actually ordered 2 for when and if the SHTF.

Bought the kit a month or so ago. Since I take blood thinners, I am always concerned about how to stop bleeding if it happens. Last weekend helping my daughter, my pocket knife slipped and I cut a nice 3/4 inch slice in the top of my wrist. As expected it started bleeding pretty heavily, and when my wife saw it, she insisted we go directly to an emergency center and get it stitched up. I said I had something to try first and went to the car to get the kit. We didn’t get the area dry enough on the first try, and the closure strip pulled off, but the second one held fine and stopped the bleeding immediately. With the bleeding stopped, I continued with what I was doing, and when we started home 2 hours later, we stopped at an emergency clinic, and the Dr put 3 stitches to close the wound. The Dr was impressed and said they could probably just use glue, but since I do bleed so freely, I asked for the stitches just to be sure. She said it was probably a good call.

I think these work very well. One thing i will say is it only comes with two covers and i personally felt like i needed to change them every 2-3 days so i bought some cheap covers at Walgreens. if the adhesive of a bandage gets on the clear film it will remove the stitch bandage, but it’s happened a few times and i’ve been able to work around it. These are great and i don’t think the down sides are bad enough to rate this product any lower than a 5 star. I had a cut that was about 1/4 inch deep and about 2 1/2 inch long. I didn’t apply this bandage till 4 days after and it has been 10 days and it’s all closed up! i bought a wound cleaning spray and cleaned it all up before applying.

Haven’t needed to use it yet, but the kit comes with everything you need. It shipped quickly, very happy.

This product is a wonderful addition to my Kit. The compact box contains three individually wrapped, sterile wound closure strips. In a situation where a doctor or emergency response aid is not immediately available, having this item on hand could help to slow or stop bleeding, keep a wound closed and clean, and even prevent the need for stitches. The box not only has Use Instructions that are clear, easy to read, and easy to follow, but even has one of those square symbols that allow people with cellphones to access video Instructions. I hope that I never open even one of these sterile packets. I hope that medical help will always be available when and where it is needed. I hope that none of my family or neighbours ever suffers the kind of injury that would need anything more than a standard Band-aid. But it is hugely reassuring to know that in that kind of need, this wonderful product is in my First Aid Kit.

Ok so I got these for our emergency kit/bugout bag. I have not tried them because once you do, well they are one time use. The doctor uses something similar at the hospital and they worked great and these can be used by non professionals/home users with ease. This is such a great concept. Kudos to the inventor.
