We have potentially lost the instructions, would it be possible to get a cope sent via email or post?

Absolutely! Could you drop me an email on info@bigcheesemakingkit.com and I'll send them straight to you x

Is this suitable for vegan if we use vegan milk? Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch. No, I'm sorry it wont work with Vegan milk but we do have a Vegan Cheese Making Kit. If you search on Amazon for "The Big Vegan Cheese Making Kit" you'll find it. thanks again!

Is the best before date American or British? Just received one for a gift and it says best before 12/01/2023 on it. So is that January or December?

Hi there! We only do the Mediterranean Kit in Britain so it would be a british date - if you have just recieved it directly through Amazon it should be well within date. i think you have sent an email too so I'll respond to you directly on that also x
