Great set for brginner bread maker
Great set for a beginner bread maker like myself. It has everything you need for a good price. Bowls do the job for cold proofing and leave nice lines on the bread. The spatula seems a little flimsier than my others but it hasn't broken yet. Everything else is fine. The bread lame works well and the whisk is great and much easier to clean than I thought it would be.

Everything is in the box to get started. All seems good quality. I hoped there may be instructions for making sourdough but there isn't.

Cheap product included easily breaks
This set over all is fairly good but I was disappointed when useing the red spatula in the kit that a long shaft of metal broke through the plastic damaging my cookware beware when useing it away not happy about that at all
