Generally very pleased with DeskTop Computer.Other Amazon purchasers should be informed of the following warranty issue with HP.When I set up and connected my shiny new desk top All in One computer, supplied new with 12 months warranty, onto the HP website, I was alarmed that it only had 28 days left on the warranty.Un-fortunately, Amazon Customer Services were unable to deal with this, other than suggestion that new product was still within their return window for a full refund.It transpires, after research, that HP begin the warranty 'clock/calendar' when the product leave's their factory.Why, I don't know.................When registering your new product, you will need to fill in a form 'challenging' their warranty dates.Frankly, this is ludicrous, but, if you fill in the form and send them your dated receipt, they will correct the warranty to begin on the day of purchase from Amazon.This seems like needless drama, both for HP and the new purchaser.I was very frustrated at having to do this, and I hope the new AIO desktop now gives me good service within the adjusted warranty period and beyond.This seems to apply to all HP products, so be aware of this if you wish to avoid the stress I had to experience.

great desktop but you can't tilt the screen. everything other than that 100%

It doesn't take up much room. Nice display. Speeds along and doesn't keep going wrong like the one it replaced. Time will tell if it is any more reliable. Usual bloatware but you can't avoid that unless you make your own.

Easily the worst IT purchase I have ever made. Fan runs at full speed the whole time. Video conferencing connectivity poor. Avoid.

I bought one of these a few days ago. Very pleased. Perfectly good for my basic needs (Word processing. emails, web browsing etc). Love the huge 24" screen, very easy to read (so much better than our old 15" laptop).Sound quality good enough for my basic needs.One thing I wanted to say is that (contrary to what I have read elsewhere) you *can* tilt the screen. I was a bit worried before I bought it, but need not have worried. It's really simple/easy to tilt the screen backwards quite a lot, although it only goes 'forwards' a little angle

HP is at its best and I love the performance of this desktop and great sound!
