High quality
Great product! We've been using it for about six months. Excellent build quality: it's well-made and durable. Switches and knobs are heavy-duty and have a nice professional look. Excellent sound quality, too. Our speaker is mounted outside next to a busy street, and we find it's very sensitive to human voices without picking up too much background interference. It is worth every penny. This model is full duplex, so both people can speak at the same time. The speaker is very sturdy thick metal, but it can also be easily unplugged and replaced in case it is damaged. Two thumbs up.

Fast shipping. Easy to install. Now waiting for our rush in the tax office to see if they all play nice together. Originally ordered 1 to try. It sounded clear and served the purpose, so I went back for 4 more.

More expensive does not mean better quality I guess.
It works okay, but its grainy and you have to really be careful with the volume and feedback.

Unexpected for the money
Purchased this product based on comments from other who bought the product. When it arrived, I was quick to see how good or bad this product was. To my surprise, the mic and speaker were very clear in audio and the mics could even pick up sounds from far back if you turn up the gain. Very impressed on this purchase but will see how long it will last due to the high usage of this product. Will make changes if the product doesn't live up to expectations.

My office personnel doesn't have to talk loud. Great !!!!
The product is being used in three areas of the business (3 units) where we have to talk with drivers coming in to our warehouse for pick ups and deliveries . We have 5 forklift working at all times so before the yelling in order to listen to the walking in customers was a nightmare . The communication from the office to the warehouse is great.

Horrible
I bought this for my food truck & it was useless. You can't hear the customers, they can't hear you, & it screeches badly if you barely adjust the volume knobs. If you are looking for an intercom for your food truck, steer clear of this.
