Quality product shame they can’t get the order right

Quality of product excellent shame they could not send the correct size ordered 10cm to short and 5 cm to narrow. When looking at the sizes they supply it’s 3 sizes down on the list hard to believe they can make that sort of mistake. Now returned ordered from another supplier

Sizing for case cover, not cushion size.

Cushion fillers are half the size it claims. The cushion needed two fillers to return to the same condition of the original cushion. Contacted seller and only offered a measurement guide. Which claimed the cushion flattened out is the stated size. ie. with the cushion empty, the case covers the stated dimensions. Not ideal and doesn't really mean the cushion insert actually fits the size it states. If you are buying these, expected to need double the number you calculated.
