Why is this keto approved when it has molasses and sugar in the ingredient list? this not keto, because keto is more than low carb!

Because the amount of those ingredients are so small it does not change the sugar content enough to cause issue when eating keto. I did choose to list them because I wanted all ingredients to be shown. The sugar which is 1 gram per serving comes the tomato paste.

What’s is the shelf life of the big 128 ounce bbq?

The bottle has a two year best used by date. The sauce does need to be refrigerated once the bottle has been opened.
