Great helpful gift
I bought for a friend going through a bad patch in life. The friend was made up with these using them daily. They gave focus, enjoyment and something to do for themselves.Well worth the money to see they helped.

A reminder in your busy schedule.
Helpful little reminders to stop and think, collect your thoughts or just look at ones direction at that point.Short and pithy it fits within a busy schedule while reminding one to take a moment for yourself and for those around you. we all need a reminder and a little help once in a while

A Pocket-Sized Pause Button for Life
I bought these mindfulness challenge cards thinking, “How hard can it be to breathe and think nice thoughts?” Turns out, very hard - especially when your inbox is overflowing and your cat knocks over your coffee for the third time. But these cards? They’re like tiny therapists in a box. Each day offers a simple, doable challenge - no incense required, no chanting in Sanskrit (unless you’re into that). One day I was asked to take a mindful walk. I ended up noticing birds, clouds, and the fact that my neighbour still hasn’t returned my lawn chair. Another day, I was encouraged to unplug for an hour. I panicked, then realized I could survive without doomscrolling. Growth! The cards are beautifully designed, easy to follow, and surprisingly effective at making you pause and reset. Whether you're a mindfulness newbie or someone who owns three yoga mats and still forgets to breathe, this deck is a gentle nudge toward calm.Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel a little more human and a little less like a stressed-out squirrel.

Nice idea but a bit hit and miss
These 31-day mindfulness challenge cards are a nice idea for anyone looking to bring a little more mindfulness into their daily routine. The challenges are generally okay and offer some ideas to try, although I found them a bit hit and miss, with some being more appealing and useful than others. The quality is fairly average too. It’s not particularly bad, but it doesn’t feel especially impressive either. Overall, everything is just okay, and I think there’s room for improvement in both the quality and the variety of the challenges. They may suit someone who wants a simple introduction to mindfulness or enjoys trying different activities, but they didn’t quite wow me.

Good
Quite a few good cards with doable tasks. Probably wouldn't buy again but ideal if you're into that kind of thing

A Goal A Day
A great gift to help with people struggling. Gives them a challenge, a thought, a goal every day.
