WORKS FOR BREASTMILK!
My daughter is going on 6 months. She is mostly breast fed, but has an occasional pumped bottle. Recently my milk production has slowed down dramatically. I’ve tried countless lactation cookies, crackers, granola bars and teas. Those things work, just not that well. I’ve been taking these as instructed for 3 days and WOW!! They work better than anything else I’ve tried. My milk production has spiked again, to the point where I’m dripping all over. Missed this!!Update: I’ve noticed the pills also suppress my appetite!! Breast milk supply
I ordered this product to help increase my breast milk supply (saw it on tik tok). I’ve now used it for about a week now. it's not a huge significant increase but I get about 6-7 ounces every 3 hours I’m 3 months pp before taking the fennel I was getting about 5 ounces every 3 hours. You take the pill 3 times a day and the pill doesn’t have a nasty taste. I have noticed my milk does contain more fat

Miracle Gas relief!
Replaced ineffective 4 gas relief capsules that were quite costly with just one Fennel capsule. The first time I took one my body “deflated “ but the next time, after eating half a cabbage I didn’t suffer at all so I know this natural remedy works. I used to keep Gas-X in business with my purchases alone, but now I just dust those full boxes off. I only take one capsule before a particularly notoriously known gas producing food. Hope it gets back in stock.
