It’s a well made Microsoft product that was well packaged by the distributor.
The console and components were well packed. The package was unmarked and discreet. The console is itself is a vast upgrade to the Xbox one. Everything seems to be sturdy and durable, and the game selections appear easily referenced.

Worth it
I am thoroughly enjoying this bundle. 2 controllers, a rechargeable battery pack and cable. I upgraded from an Xbox 1, so load time and graphics are worlds better.

Should be advertised as used or refurb
Not advertised as refurb. Opened on Christmas. Worked for 10 min then kept freezing or auto shutting off. Put in a request to return - when packing in orginal box noted on the bottom of the box “refurbishment”. Grateful for readily receiving approval for return and electronically received $$$ credit within 2 days - but responsible for $58 for ups shipping - return shipping not covered by seller. Went to Best Buy bought a NEW system and works amazing! Son really enjoys! So product I would give 5 stars but the refurb I received and the cost to return is why I rated as 1 star.

Doesn't work. Freezes and stays on restart menu page. Super disappointing for the price I paid.
