Good resistant starch.
I bought this product to use as a gut cleaning, resistant starch. I read to start with a smaller dose, around 1 tsp, and work up to the recommended dose, 1 Tbs, gradually. I followed this advice and would also recommend new users to do this as well. I was noticeably more gassy for the first two days and as time went on that went away. I have worked up to the 1 Tbs dosage and have no GI issues from it. I follow a keto diet and do feel more regular while using this product. As far as mixing, it mixes OK. I mix it with my exogenous ketones and green powders, and can't taste the potato starch at all. However, when I mixed it with coffee, cream, and coconut oil, it doesnt mix as well. It's slightly gritty and leaves a weird aftertaste, although not unbearable. The packaging is OK, I feel like when it gets down closer to the bottom I may need to transfer to a jar, as it will be difficult to scoop the powder out. Overall would recommend, and will purchase again?

Good product!
I love potato starch. Itโs very hard to find potato starch, but it works with so many things.! itโs always being used for my gluten-free foods. I only wish the package came in a much bigger size!

Cost effective source for resistant starch supplimentation
I mix some of this in with my flavored fiber drink as a means to supplement my resistant starch intake. It can be mixed into water fairly similarly to Metamucil (I mix it with Metamucil) and it doesn't clump or have any off-putting flavor. This seems to be the most cost effective supplemental resistant starch I've found and I'm thus far happy with my results.

Works great, but a little clumpy
Good stuff, tastes great and works fine. This really makes wheat free cooking better, by far. The bag I got has some clumps in it; I have to squish them by hand to get them to break up. I really think they would dissolve when the wet ingredients are added, but I am unwilling to chance it. I will buy again.

The Starch That Could Thicken the Plot of a Soap Opera
This 3โpound bag of potato starch is so powerful it could turn a watery soup into a gravy with the emotional depth of a season finale. One spoonful and suddenly your sauces have structure, confidence, and possibly a 401(k). It dissolves instantly, works like culinary magic, and makes you feel like a wizard who specializes in edible glue. If your cooking needs a hero, this starch shows up wearing a cape.

This arrived in perfect condition exactly as described!
I accidentally wrote a review on this seller in error! I am SO sorry. This product is perfect, I am trying more recipes at home, many of them Asian, and they call for potato starch. This makes THE best fried chicken and wings! I always wondered how restaurants get that delicious crunch and this is their secret! So glad I found this!
