I grabbed the smaller 0.5m UGREEN Uno 100W USB C to USB C cable to pair with my UGREEN charging station on my desk. My main aim was to cut down on all the long cables everywhere, and honestly, the shorter length cable is spot on for that. It feels very high quality - the braiding is really nice, and the connectors feel solid when you're plugging them in. It's very good at quick charging portable devices, even those with higher power requirements. The best bit though, is that little charging indicator on the connector. It's just a simple light, but it's brilliant for knowing it's actually charging, and that you haven't forgotten to plug in the other end, or even turn on the socket – something I'm definitely guilty of now and then!

Este cable de UGREEN me ha sorprendido muy positivamente. Es un cable USB-C de 100W con carga rápida (PD 3.0) que cumple exactamente con lo que promete. En mi caso, lo estoy usando con el iPad y también lo he probado cargando el portátil, además de otros dispositivos con USB-C, y en todos ofrece una carga rápida y estable. Se nota especialmente cuando necesitas cargar rápido mientras trabajas o estás utilizando el dispositivo. Uno de los puntos que más me ha gustado es la calidad de construcción. El cable se ve resistente, bien acabado y no da sensación de ser frágil, algo importante para el uso diario. El tamaño de 1 metro es bastante práctico: funciona muy bien para escritorio sin que sobre cable innecesario. Como punto a tener en cuenta, si necesitas usarlo desde más distancia (por ejemplo, sofá o cama), puede quedarse algo corto. En general, es un cable fiable, rápido y con muy buena calidad de construcción. Muy recomendable.

J'avais besoin d'un câble USB-C fiable pour mon bureau, et celui-ci a atterri dans mon panier autant pour ses 100W que pour son petit écran rigolo. L'emballage est propre, dans la lignée de ce que fait UGREEN, et le câble d'un mètre est immédiatement rassurant par sa densité. La gaine en nylon tressé est de très bonne facture, avec un motif légèrement texturé qui le distingue des câbles noirs anonymes qui pullulent dans mes tiroirs. Le vrai sujet, c'est ce connecteur : un petit boîtier transparent qui laisse voir les composants internes et un minuscule écran qui s'illumine dès qu'on branche. La première fois qu'il affiche "65W" en chiffres bleutés, j'avoue avoir eu un petit frisson de geek. C'est totalement superflu, mais c'est aussi étonnamment utile pour vérifier d'un coup d'œil que la charge rapide est bien active, ou pour diagnostiquer un chargeur faiblard qui ne délivre pas la puissance annoncée. Techniquement, le câble fait le job sans discussion. Certifié 100W PD, il alimente mon MacBook Air sans broncher, tient la charge rapide sur un Galaxy S24, et j'ai même poussé le test sur un Steam Deck en plein jeu : la puissance reste stable, pas de fluctuation, et le câble ne chauffe pas au niveau des connecteurs. La norme USB 2.0 pour les transferts de données est le seul point qui rappelle qu'on n'est pas sur un câble Thunderbolt à 50 euros : les débits plafonnent à 480 Mbps, ce qui est parfait pour la charge et les transferts occasionnels, mais un peu juste pour les créatifs qui déplacent des fichiers vidéo toute la journée. Plus sérieusement, la longueur d'un mètre est parfaite pour un bureau ou une table de chevet, mais un peu juste pour un canapé ou une recharge depuis une prise éloignée. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'amplitude, UGREEN propose le même modèle en deux mètres. Pour le prix, ce câble UGREEN Uno est une excellente surprise. Il combine la solidité et la puissance qu'on attend de la marque avec ce petit truc en plus qui fait qu'on le repère immédiatement parmi les autres câbles. Je le recommande chaudement à ceux qui aiment les objets malins, aux geeks qui veulent voir ce qui se passe quand ils branchent, et à tous ceux qui cherchent un câble de charge fiable avec une touche de fun. Si vous êtes allergique aux LED ou que vous voulez un câble purement utilitaire et invisible, passez votre chemin. Mais si l'idée de voir "100W" s'afficher sur votre câble vous fait sourire, foncez, c'est un petit plaisir quotidien qui ne coûte pas grand-chose.
