Solid product that matches the description and very good customer service

Not a great rack. We had this drying rack for almost a year and it never worked as described. It doesn’t drain well (why we had a drying pad under the drying rack) and it ruses at every weld point. Even if you follow the rust cleaning instructions, it just kept rusting. We should have returned it sooner, but we never got around to it until now that we are throwing it away. Save your money and get good quality stainless steel. This is some cheap chrome plated steel that is sure to rust.

I purchased this dish rack about a month ago - one of the higher priced ones on Amazon, thinking it would be better quality for the higher price. Firstly, what is the point in having a dish drainer spout from the main rack area when washed cutlery drains all over the countertop when placed in the flimsy designated cutlery compartment!? So messy and a major design flaw!! The brackets are not as versatile as I had hoped for my Pots & Pans. The product photos in the description are as large a pot/pan that will fit in this area.. my juicer jug barely fits on the rack. The plates and bowls, while saving some space on the kitchen counter, only hold plates and bowls in a specific way - so if you have four bowls and four plates for example, they do not fit in uniform and are a little unstable. I have a feeling the steel is going to scratch up too, and the rack will have a limited life expectancy.. hoping it will work out!
