Cracked screen within days
Seems like a nice watch, works well, tracks location well but my 9 year old cracked the screen within a few days... For something this expensive that is supposedly for kids, this is unacceptable. Customer support said they could fix it but the cost of shipping it back to them and the repair bill was about the same as buying another. Too much.

Great and clear communication. Able to hear my kid and track his location. It has been great so far no complains. And the kiddo loves it which is what matters too.

Easy to install
Thing just pops right on. Haven't quiet had a chance to test the durability, but it seems solid. The easy of installation was fantastic, it fit perfect. Works as intended I guess youd say.

Fits good.
So far so good, perfect fit. It makes it easier to use the touch screen at the edges because the surface is more level with the edges. Only one set of wet/dry wipes included, and the wet pack was dry already, but I just used some 70% alchol rub.

Great purchase for the family
The watch was a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter. She absolutely loves the watch! It works great, clear reception and the tracking is great as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and how much I enjoyed seeing my daughter gain independence with the use of this watch. We feel comfortable with her riding her bike on her own because she’s a phone call away. I highly recommend.
