Actualicé desde el granary porque uno de mis gatos (tengo 2) está en una dieta de prescripción… peeeero ¡ambos le tienen miedo a su nuevo comedero! Primer problema: tamaño y diseño del plato. Si el plato no está completamente lleno, tienen que estrellar su cabeza contra la tapa al intentar agarrar las croquetas, lo que hace que terminen sacándolas del plato al piso para luego comérselas o simplemente no comiendo porque quedan fuera de su alcance. Lo que nos lleva al problema 2: personalmente siento que es muy silencioso, pero no es mi opinión la que importa, sino la de mis gatos… y ¡Dios! se asustan muchísimo con el sonido/movimiento de la tapa (en ambas velocidades). Así que la única forma en que usan el comedero es desactivando el modo personalizado. O sea, ningún beneficio. Tal vez funcionaría mejor si el modo personalizado operara al revés: que el comedero se mantenga abierto a menos que el gato con el RFID se acerque. Así cada gato le tendría miedo al comedero del otro, y no al suyo. Así que decidí seguir usando el buen viejo granary y que ambos gatos coman dieta de prescripción :llora en pobre

Funciona de acuerdo a lo requerido

Just giving a future heads up, you could potentially get a used product. The 2 pack i got were used but definitely not cleaned before returned. Just make sure to clean them when you get them. Fortunately, they both worked perfectly however this is only a couple of days after getting them. I'll update thise review a little later on once they get used more. Thw set up was pretty simple and really easy to follow especially compared to my old feeder. So far everything is working correctly which is a relief considering the reviews. The lid opens nicely and works everytime the registered chip comes close to the reader. It is a bit slow in closing but i personally dont mind in case someone decides to stick their heads in when they arent supposed to. The side guards do help deter that though which is a plus. So far the feeder hasnt gotten jammed and it does give a sizing guide on top of the lid to see if your food will work correctly for the feeder. I believe the pieces have to be smaller than 15mm wide/diameter. Everything else is working perfectly fine as of right now, my cat just needs time to adjust to it (: if you have any cats that are on prescribed food like mine this definitely helps keeping other cats out of his bowl except for him. The reason for a 4 star is because i got a returned product when expecting a brand new one but they work how they are supposed to for right now which is good. Truly i dont mind it was used before as long as it works and keeps working without issues. We'll see what the future holds (
