PresentationThe Insynergy Labs Milk Thistle PRO Organic product arrived in a black plastic bottle which has a branding label along with the dosage nutritional information, directions for use, the base contains the best before end (BBE) 07/2026 so plenty of life in them.First ImpressionsOn opening the bottle and breaking the inner seal, there is a smell that I could not identify but it dissipated and has not returned during further use. The capsules within are a darker beige colour and 20mm long by 5mm diameter, and a 60 day supply is provided at one capsule per day.Day To Day UseSupplements are very subjective and indeed I have had benefits from some and had to curtail the use of others due to side effects. I have taken milk thistle in the past, especially just before holidays when I feel the body can be subjected to additional stress from revelry and over indulgence. I opted to try a course of milk thistle again before an upcoming holiday on that basis. The benefits of this supplement are well known if not agreed by all, but in taking this course I have had no after taste or side effect issues, though it is difficult to qualify any material benefits as I have not felt ill before using them. I do feel however I have prepared well for the holiday so that gives me some peace of mind.Summing UpI’m confident in using milk thistle so felt confident with this product which has not had any adverse effects. Always remember every body is different as may be their reaction so your own mileage may vary.

A nice amount of Milk Thistle capsules, the health benefits are widely known so won't go into those, but can say that the capsules in this bottle are of a reasonable size, are plant based according to the ingredients, so seem to be good for vegans and vegetarians.There is a 2 months supply in this bottle, If you have arrived at this product page one would assume you have used or know about Milk Thistle so not much else I can say, capsules go down easily, amazing quality

If your doc says you are deficient in a particular nutrient (from a blood test usually) then you will probably want to take a relevant supplement.By researching you'll find Milk Thistle is associated with liver health, amongst other things.Never heard of this company before so as a matter of course, I try to find them on .gov to see when they were incorporated, then check for a professional website, then look at their storefront to see how many products they have - do they specialise or generalise... after all, if you are ingesting a new health supplement, you need to trust the manufacturer and ensure they are reputable, know what they are doing etc as this is a $13.3 trillion industry globally and amongst the good companies are a lot of rogues.I also check for expiry dates, and a use within symbol (only applies to skin/hair care but, should apply to all ingested products whether through the skin or the mouth!), also check for a proper tamper-proof seal, and have they used a container that is glass or plastic - is the content protected from light, i.e. dark or clear. These are all indicators that the seller knows their stuff and cares about the customer.This Milk Thistle has a BBE - 07/2026, but no indication of how long they can be kept after breaking the seal. The container is dark plastic.On their storefront is the banner: 'The home of ultra premium supplements' and they also have a strapline 'Supplements, Reinvented'... errr you can't reinvent nature, Milk Thistle is great all by itself... all the marketing puff turns me off.

I decided to try these Milk Thistle PRO capsules after hearing about the potential liver health benefits. Here's my take after a few weeks of use:The good: These pills are easy to swallow and don't have any weird aftertaste. I like that they're organic and vegan - feels like I'm putting something natural in my body. The 20,000mg dose with 80% silymarin sounds impressive, though I'm not sure how it compares to other brands.I haven't had any side effects, which is always a plus. The bottle lasted me two months taking one a day, so it's decent value for money.The not-so-clear: It's really hard to tell if they're actually doing anything. I feel generally fine, but I felt fine before too. Maybe my liver's thanking me silently? Who knows.The capsules have a bit of a strong smell when you open the bottle. Not terrible, but noticeable. Also, the label claims a lot of benefits, but it's tough to verify any of them without medical tests.Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic. I'll probably keep taking them because hey, liver health is important, right? But I can't say I feel dramatically different. 4 out of 5 stars from this health-curious but slightly skeptical user.
