Went on easy and simple. Love the front lip is actually long enough an won't ever flip out like other brands have done.

I wanted a full length top for my '98 Wrangler so I could leave it on even during the rain, without having to put full soft-top back on, and also to keep the sun off of my dog. This fits the bill perfectly. It fits really well, and I like the fact it can be on either with or without the door channels. It's also surprisingly quiet, with very little flapping along the back (when properly secured, of course), even at highway speeds. I do wish purchasing instructions were a little more clear that you needed to buy the windshield channel (Part #90104), as I hoped it would use the same mounting channel as my regular bikini top, but that's not a big deal. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this top and would definitely recommend it to my fellow Jeep owners.

I run this year round in Colorado and sometimes get snowy, sometimes soaked and sometimes hammered with hail and sun. This top has seen a lot and I couldn't be happier for the value. This is my second top I've bought. The other was a commonly used brand and it was junk. I feel like I got my value for the dollar and then some. Two years, haven't taken it off and have gotten a few k of highway miles. My only gripe, I had to change how the back is strapped down. Instead of using the metal bit that hooks under the edge of the tub, I looped under the seatbelt bolt and tied it around the bar right above the rear seat belt. Doing it that way doesn't look as nice, but looks OK, but is worlds more secure than it was before. Since I've done this I haven't had it come loose once.

Thanks to everyone’s reviews I settled on this purchase and went with the same brand for windshield channel. Easy, quick install. Could be done alone but two of us conquered in less then 20 mins start to finish. Looks better than I expected and no wind flapping! Couldn’t be happier with product or price.

Let me start off by saying I received a separate e-mail from the seller asking me to confirm the year of my Jeep Wrangler to insure that they were sending me the right Extended Bikini top but assured me my order was not being stopped and would arrive as scheduled. GREAT customer service. The received the product and it was as expected. It fit so snug and was a perfect for my 1998 TJ. Quality product straight from Smittybilt as advertised. I would recommend this seller and this product anytime and will be using them again for future purchases!

Heavy duty material, looks nice! Went on fairly easy, did it by myself, and only 55 degrees outside, with 2 people and a little warmer would make it super easy. Several reviews said the clips broke easy.. they seem ok to me, guess only time will tell.. I do wish the side roll bar Velcro straps where 1-2 inches longer and had wider Velcro pad, that would make it lil easier to pull tight.. but all in all I was very impressed,especially for the money

Top works great! Couple complaints though: first, plastic buckles on the straps won't stay tight. I'm constantly pulling them tight after driving due to normal buffeting. A better buckle that would keep the straps tight would be nice. Second, instructions were not super clear. Putting it on is not rocket science, but there are a couple of Velcro straps on each side of the windshield that if not installed correctly, will cause the Velcro that holds the sides to the roll bar to continuously try to separate. After playing around with it for a while I finally figured out that wrapping those straps around the sun visor bases, stopped the main Velcro from constantly coming apart. Is that the way it's supposed to be installed?? Who knows - as I mentioned earlier, the instructions were not clear in that area.

My husband got this Safari top for my Jeep for the summer. I LOVE IT!! It does everything I want it to do. It was easy to install, maintained a solid hold, and looked great! I went all summer with the Safari top and no doors. Perfect for riding around! Once I had to take it off for the school year, it folded nicely and sits on a shelf waiting for the next beautiful weekend. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a good top without the high price.

Fit parfaitement

Terrible product. Every time it rains I get soaked. I had hoped this would be a good alternative to the stock soft top that it is pain to take on and off but it isn't. It seems the same inbred monkeys who worked at creating the stock jeep soft top also work for smittybilt. I will never buy smittybilt again.
