Not a good use buy date
The flour was fine but the use by date was May 2024 which isn’t good for my personal use. Only used a quarter and probably won’t use again before May

Excellent fro diabetics
Excellent for making pancakes etc. just one slight negative - the date on the flour is only September 5th. This should be specified on the advertising as it will need to be used up fairly quickly.
