Regarding the whitening effect, I can't confirm or deny it
Recently, I decided to try a new type of toothpaste that promised not only whitening but also probiotic care for oral health. This caught my attention because I had always used Colgate Total Adventist Whitening before. Right away, I want to say that my impressions are a bit mixed, but let me explain everything in order. Before placing the order, I decided to do a little research to understand exactly what the manufacturers of this new SP-6 Brightening+ Probiotics toothpaste were offering. The first thing I looked at was the ingredients. Colgate Total Adventist Whitening, which I had used for many years, primarily contains triclosan and fluoride, aimed at fighting plaque and protecting enamel from cavities. The tube I use contains 181g of toothpaste, which is quite standard for most brands. However, SP-6 took a completely different approach by offering ingredients like *Lactobacillus Ferment*, which, as I found out, helps maintain a balance of beneficial bacteria in the mouth. This was especially intriguing โ I didnโt know that probiotics could benefit oral health just like they do for the stomach. The toothpaste also contains glycerin, which helps retain moisture, and *Sodium Lauryl Sulfate*, which, like in Colgate Total Adventist Whitening, is used for foaming. But what really caught my attention was the absence of triclosan, meaning the product is gentler on the oral microbiome while still providing adequate protection against plaque, thanks to the probiotics. On top of that, since the toothpaste is organic, it would be a great option for people who try to use all-natural products with minimal chemical content. However, I donโt fall into that category, so this aspect was completely irrelevant to me.Now, a few concerns. The thing is, this toothpaste is made in China and is not certified by the ADA โ the American Dental Association. Toothpastes produced in the United States generally have this certification, which ensures safety and confirms that the product meets the manufacturer's claims. With SP-6, however, you're left to trust the manufacturer's statements without any independent tests or trials to back them up.When I began using the SP-6 toothpaste, as recommended, I brushed my teeth in circular motions for 1-2 minutes. The texture was quite pleasant, it foamed well, and I didnโt experience the dryness in my mouth that sometimes happens with other toothpastes. The taste reminded me of a tooth powder I used in my childhood that my parents recommended. It left a pleasant minty aftertaste in my mouth after brushing. However, regarding the whitening effect, I can't confirm or deny it. During the time Iโve used it, I havenโt noticed any visual difference. Perhaps itโs because I didnโt brush long enough, or maybe it just takes more time to see results. Or it could be that Iโm simply not seeing the effect on myself.Overall, SP-6 toothpaste turned out to be an interesting alternative to Colgate Total Adventist Whitening and other pastes Iโve used before, especially due to its natural ingredients and probiotics. Although the whitening effect remains uncertain for me. One more important factor: the tube only contains 120g of toothpaste, while my Colgate tube holds 181g. This is something to keep in mind when considering the cost-effectiveness of the product.

Clean feel and nice concept
This is a two pack of moderately unsweetened toothpaste tubes each containing 120g of toothpaste. They come individually boxed and shrink-wrapped, and each box is well labeled in English. The paste itself feels very gentle (not a scouring polish, but more a foaming lather type of toothpaste). It is easy to use and leaves a very clean mouth-feel that lasts. The probiotic claim is fascinating, but I have no way to test whether the cultures are live and survive in the mouth. If those cultures really are present and live, and can inoculate the mouth, it seems like that would be genuinely helpful for dental health. At minimum, this toothpaste does a good job at keeping breath fresh, so I'm happy with it.

Not noticing anything yet.
Been using this for a bit over a week now, and so far my teeth seem to be the same color. They really havent gotten any whiter. The taste is fine, a bit like baking soda, not off-putting, but not good tasting either. A pea sized amount goes a long way because this paste really foams up well.Seems to be a nice toothpaste, just not getting the whitening results I had hoped for.

Like the Possible Benefits of Probiotics in this Toothpaste
I got this because I am a firm believer that sometimes normal oral hygiene just doesn't cut it. I spent so much time and money trying to head off a visit to the Periodontist after my dentist warned me 5 years ago I was getting in the danger zone. I bought so many products off Amazon that offered treatment to no avail. My spouse indicated I was spending so much time with my teeth it may not be good for them. Yet I still ended up with a very expensive (high 6 digits) and very painful procedure to save my teeth. As one who loves supplements and biology I had some very extensive talks with my periodontist and basically my problems resulted from the bad types of oral bacteria many people may possibly have. And about the best way to possibly kill them imo is with their own kind but specifically what we would call the good bacteria. I've been using powder form to put on my teeth but this toothpaste makes it easier. I like most of the probiotics this brand used and especially like the Lactobacillus paracasei lpc 37. Studies indicate this may possibly limit the growth with acid it produces of S. mutans which contribute to cavities and gum disease. This brand is stating 6 types of probiotics were used but I only see 4 listed ? I also wish I knew how much of each probiotic was in this to know if it's in amounts that may be meaningful. This taste like mint and seems to do well with teeth coverage. I had no sides with this and actually didn't know probiotic toothpaste was even available. I do now and I plan to utilize this approach to its full extent in addition to what I'm currently doing in an effort to maintain what I have now and hopefully never ever need a re-treat. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

It Whitens My Teeth.
The item description lists this toothpaste as unflavored, but it does have a mild mint flavor. It's not the intense blast of mint that you'll get with your standard paste from the drugstore, but that's not a problem for me. I have noticed that my teeth are whiter after using this, so it delivered for me as promised. As for the probiotic part, I'll have to take them at their word. My teeth are left feeling clean, fresh, and are whiter, so I have no complaints.

I think it's working?
The jury is still out on this one. I've been using it for a few weeks, and I THINK I see a difference? It definitely makes my teeth feel very clean and it has a pleasant, yet subdued flavor. It's very foamy and dense and feels a bit abrasive. I just have to hope it's not messing up my enamel. There's no flouride in it, so I always make sure to use a flouride rinse after. The tube is very easy to flip open, which is a big plus for me. I'll update in a few weeks if I see more of a difference.
