DESLOC B200 Fingerprint Smart Door Lock, Keyless Entry Deadbolt

This lock makes it nearly impossible to get locked out of your house. It supports most any unlocking method that you can think of, my favorite being the fingerprint. Spy-type stuff haha. The price is much more competitive than other options, and the quality feels just as good. Installation was easy, and it fits right where the old lock was. It looks pretty decent. Once authenticated, it's fast to unlock, too. It also works completely offline if you'd like, so you never have to expose it to the internet if you don't want to.

To get everything working, you’ll need to download the app. It’s easy to use and lets you control the lock from your phone, which is a nice bonus. This door lock comes with a handle, which is a nice extra, and the quality is really good for what you pay. Installing it was simple, and I was able to do it by myself without any trouble. I really like that there are several ways to unlock it. You can use a regular key, a code you set, the little key tags that come with it (you just tap them on the lock), or even your fingerprint. Having all these options makes it super convenient. There’s also an auto‑lock feature you can turn on if you want. It locks the door after a set amount of time, and you can change the timer in the app. Just remember that if the door is open when it tries to auto‑lock, you’ll have to unlock it again before closing the door. You can also turn auto‑lock off completely. What I didn't like was the fingerprint scanner—it can be a little picky. I had to try several times to get it to work and switched with the thumb that works the best. Also, the fingerprint failed too many times, the lock goes into a security mode, sets off a siren, and won’t work again until you unlock it through the app. Battery life is unknown as it's only been awhile but I have another smart lock where batteries are drained fast and I have to keep lithium batteries on deck to exchange every 3 months. So if you put in a high use area it would not last for 12 months.

This lock was very robust in its capabilities. All parts were clearly labeled and installation was only a few minutes. I was able to connect to the app to change a lot of the settings. finger print reader, contactless card reader and keypad worked great.There are some remote monitoring features that require a subscription, but I never needed them. Excellent product

Awesome door lock with plenty of features. 5 different ways to unlock door (num code, physical key, fingerprint, rfid badge, phone) Was easy to install and to begin setup on features for door unlocking Only Major Flaw is THERE'S NO LOW BATTERY WARNING which will leave you locked outside in the scolding heat Luckily the batteries regained smidge of voltage after 5 hrs so i used my rfid badge for a one shot to unlock door. Always have key on you because of this Touch pad can be finicky if you got rained on hands or sweating. Like that it says "Locked" when activated

I purchased this smart lock because I already have three smart locks in my house on my front door, garage, and basement, but I had never replaced the lock on my back door. When I went to purchase another one to match the locks I already had, the model I wanted was no longer available, so I decided to try a different brand. I’m extremely pleased that I did. The installation was very easy, and everything I needed to install the lock was included in the box. Once installed, it feels very solid and well made. The overall quality is just as good as the other smart locks I already have, and I have no complaints about the construction. Programming and setting it up was also very straightforward. I really like having the ability to control the lock through the app on my phone. There are several ways to unlock it, including entering a passcode, using my fingerprint, or using my phone, which makes it incredibly convenient. This is especially useful for me because I don’t always remember to take my keys with me. I’ve actually locked my keys inside the house before, and having a smart lock on the back door gives me another way to get back inside without having to find someone with a spare key. Being able to use my fingerprint, phone, or a code makes this an extremely valuable addition to my home. Overall, I am extremely happy with this smart lock. It was easy to install, easy to program, feels very high quality, and gives me multiple convenient ways to access my home. I wasn’t able to get the exact model I originally wanted, but after using this one, I’m glad I went with it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality smart lock with multiple entry options.

I was skeptical because of the price and u familiar with the brand, but this did not disappoint! It’s great quality, easy to connect and set up. I love the features on app. I only used for a fee days now so I’m not sure about the battery life but so far so good! I love the sleek modern look, and easy to follow instructions, with quick installation. 10/10 recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've had this for 7 months and have been wanting to review it but got side tracked. It's fine because it just prolonged my experience with it. This lock has been amazing. I don't have experience with other smart locks to compare it to, but I read reviews on all the top smartlocks out there, watched plenty of youtube videos and I went with this one. It's incredible, not just for the price but all the other options such as the 2 fobs in case I have family come visit me, the Fingerprint biometrics, the physical keys as well as personal Pin codes. Not many others had all of those options. The fingerprint scan is super fast and rarely errors unless you carelessly try to touch it without placing your finger directly on it. The fingerprint surface doesn't look like someone would be able to raise a finger print off of it. The battery last very long. The only thing that you would have to worry about is the door not being fully closed, because the bolt will try to lock and a light alarm will beep. If you leave it like that for a very long time, it will probably drain the battery as it keeps trying to close. The app is nice. I get alerts every time someone comes home and opens the door. It tells me the name of the person that is using the finger print or code, so you have a log with times. You can create a temporary pin, in case you are going to go out of town for a day or two and want a family member or neighbor to come and peak on the pets or something. If you have an Airbnb it would be perfect as well. Don't let the price fool you to thinking it's cheap, it's not. Build quality is great, features are awesome. I would expect it to cost more. I'm glad it doesn't. Easy to install and the app was pretty simple as well. The ONLY con would be, if you want to have more than one finger print per person, you would have to add a new user rather than each each being allowed to store more than one fingerprint. You should be able to have at least 2. You don't really need more than one finger from each hand, in case you are carrying something and your right or left thumb is being used to hold something. But it's not a huge deal at all. The good far out weighs that one con.

The Desloc B200 was quick and easy to install, and the overall build quality feels solid. The app requires a bit of learning at first to understand its features, but once you get used to it, it works smoothly and reliably. For the price, it’s an excellent choice — responsive, well-designed, and perfectly suited for essential smart-lock functions. While the B200 does bot offer WI-FI connectivity, Desloc offers the slightly more advanced D110 Plus model, which I also tested at home. It’s more expensive and works very well too. But if you don’t need built-in Wi-Fi, the B200 offers outstanding value. In short, a reliable smart lock with great quality and an easy installation. Highly recommended.

Great product , easy to install, love the sleek design

I love these locks, I now have 3 plus the gateway and it works with my Alexa so I can just tell Alexa to lock my doors at night without walking through the house to lock them myself. This will be our first winter so I can't comment on their durability in cold weather but we did have a short cold snap and they seem to working great. They were exceptionally easy to install and program. The instructions were easy to follow. My whole family have their fingerprints stored which is awesome for young kids who may not remember the code, OR tell the whole neighborhood what the code is lol. This way, they never need know what the code is and our privacy and safety are protected. It does have keys and cards but we haven't used those yet as the fingerprint function works well and is so convenient
