Tun was sie sollen. Denke der echte Vorteil kommt im Winter wenn die Knie warm gehalten werden. Persönlich habe ich eigentlich nur das Sicherheitsgefühl um meine Knie herum gebraucht wenn ich schwer drücke. Fühlen sich wertig an

Finally back to squat
Excellent knee sleeves. They provide great support and stability during training and have made a huge difference for my squats. Thanks to them, I was finally able to get back to doing heavy leg workouts without discomfort or fear of knee pain. They feel snug but comfortable, stay in place, and give me a lot more confidence under the bar. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with knee issues or wanting extra support during lower body training.

Dopo 6 mesi sono ridotte così...e non sono un powerlifter ma un semplice sportivo che si allena in palestra 3-4 volte a settimana. Pensavo più robuste, fanno il loro ma sono di materiale scarso.
