Honeydukes: A Scratch and Sniff Adventure (Harry Potter)

There are less scratch and sniff sections on each page than I expected (eg, only one flavour of Bertie bots beans) but that doesn’t really bother me as it was a fun gift for an adult. The pages and cover of the book are good quality and so far the smells have lasted well

My Harry Potter obsessed daughter loved this book, fun and lots of different scratch and sniff options. Great fun.

The design and the illustrations of this book are lovely and its definitely one of my favourite Harry Potter books I have, however the actual scents aren't all that great, some are rather disgusting, others not particularly strong

Was gifted for Christmas and it’s such a lovely book to add to any Harry Potter fan’s collection

I bought this book for the boy, and maybe a little bit me. Like any good HP loving mother would do I opened it eagerly with every intent of bragging to the boy how amazing Honeydukes smells and how I got the first sniff. The jokes on me. The first one was butterscotch, quite nice, I moved on, this is where it went horribly wrong, I can almost hear you say "it can't be that bad" well let me tell you, it's worse, so much worse. The next one I sampled was black pepper, not nice but manageable, lemon drop was ok, more like cleaning fluid to be honest. Chocolate frog was less chocolate and more talcum powder, pumpkin was actually ok, so I figured a few bad is acceptable, and before you start thinking, "this woman is so dramatic she should be writing for EastEnders" acid pops came next, I'm not even sure what it was meant to be, no melt ice cream was like a super strong detergent and then came the surprise, the horrible awful nightmare hidden inside this book, VOMIT flavour beans, which nearly made me add to the flavour myself, it was stomach turning, gag worthy horror. The other half could only get past a few pages, and didn't share in that with me, safe to say I won't be sampling it's delights again. Although I cannot wait to see the boys reactions as he goes through it later 😂

It has all the sweets from the books and smells just how you’d think, some smell amazing whilst other smelt rather horrible but as you would expect for some of the weird sweets. Definitely would recommend

For a Potter fab this book is a cute and quirky addition to the library. Its sweet smells are not always pleasant though! (Bernie Bots have lots of flavours!)

Regalato alla mia ragazza, ne è rimasta entusiasta. Copertina rigida e decorata in rilievo, pagine coloratissime e con tutti i dolciumi e le grafiche che riprendono i film. In più con l'aggiunta dei profumi sembra di essere tornati bambini con i libri di Geronimo Stilton (credo i primi con profumi e affini). Condigliato anche in relazione al prezzo abbordabile

Since we can't have those delicious Honeydukes candies shipped to India, this is the next best thing! It really feels like a trip to Honeydukes sweet shop. The smells are so authentic and engaging. Some of smells are similar, but many of them smell incredibly accurate, especially the licorice wand, cockroach clusters, Droobles best blowing gum, pumpkin pasties, and sugar quills. You'll find all your favourite Honeydukes sweets featured here, including Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans and Chocolate Frogs! It's really a unique book and something worth keeping on your shelf.

So my 2 year old daughter loves scratch and sniff books and after doing some research online to find some good ones I realized it was fairly difficult. My wife and I love Harry Potter so I thought this would be great for her, however some of the smells are def for adults and not necessarily a 2 year old (vomit smell, licorice). Will still be interesting to see her reaction to those smells but at the same time it might kill her love for scratch and sniff books. If you are a fan of Harry Potter then this would be a great gift for someone, just not so much a 2 year old ha.

Excelente libro de colección, los olores son delicados y dan el toque de la atmósfera del mundo de Harry Potter, sin duda es una pieza que vale la pena tenerla en la colección, el libro es delgadito sin embargo las ilustraciones son de primera, la calidad del libro es muy buena y los relieves que tiene le dan un toque especial a la portada

Tolles Buch für alle Harry Potter Fans Die Sachen duften wirklich toll. Das Englisch ist super zu verstehen weil das Buch für kleine Kinder ausgelegt ist. Das Cover und die Buchseiten sind so schön illustriert. Für den Preis klasse. Einziges Manko der Briefträger hat das so in meinem Briefkasten gequetscht das die Ecken des Buches verbogen sind.
