Used the red cover camping the most, keeps the bugs from chasing the light. Snaps on tight and easy to use.

Love it! I added their motion sensor too. This light is AMAZING and worth the price. We set it up between the tent & truck for the midnight runs to the bathroom. You can set the distance & time lit on the sensor. The filter set also keeps it from blinding you and other sites near by
