Great toy to impress people. But I returned it.
I bought one from Amazon. The price is right! Mine was $665 with tax included for 16 gig memory and 1 TB SSD. The dual screens work fine. But it has no customized applications for dual screen. It even does not have screen auto rotation. It does not support tablet mode at all. And the location of the power switch is on the bottom of the left side of the main body. So, several times, I accidently pressed the power button as I tried to move the tablet or laptop. And it has no HDMI and just has two USB 3 and audio jack. And it is heavy for the size.I think it is great for watching YouTube or surfing the internet or writing. Since I expected it to be fully functional as a tablet pc as well, which is found to be not, I just requested return. As I was packing it back into its box, I realized two empty spaces in the box. One spot seemed to be the place for the stylus, which was missing, and the other spot is much bigger and it looked like a space for the cover or stand, which was missing, too. You need to buy a keyboard, a mouse, and a stylus.Overall, it is a great toy to impress people for the money.Update:I haven't gotten the refund yet though it was delivered 6 days ago back to Amazon. I called Amazon and they said they didn't scan it yet and to they would not refund they would scan it which means it was lost in their facility it is my fault and they would not refund. Don't buy this item.

Mostly good, some bad
After looking at these laptops on a competing website I decided to take a chance on one because it would arrive through Prime and, I guessed, be subject to Amazon Prime returns as well. After unboxing it and giving it a charge I turned it on. Please be aware that there's a few second delay between hitting the on button and when the unit turns on. Quirky, but it is what it is.On first load it booted me straight into the Windows desktop after logging 'Admin' in. Yeah I'm not trusting that.So I plugged in a USB keyboard and mouse and prepared to load a fresh copy of Windows 11. I also took a second to plunk around the BIOS and it's pretty standard fare. If I remember correctly the only thing I switched was the C-state 0 to 5, I guessed to allow a lower sleep state and therefore an increase in power savings. Not sure if I was right about that. *shrug*After the new Windows 11 install completed I noticed there were ~20 missing drivers in control panel which Windows Update couldn't identify either so I ended up loading DriverIdentifier to track down installers. I ended up discovering that I preferred Lenovo drivers because I could expand them to disk without installing them. Cool.So with everything installed I started playing with the laptop. The 12th gen Core i3 is a little laggy at times, but I expected that. The screens a quiet bright and nice to look at. The touchscreens work as expected. Overall it's nice to have that much screen real estate available on the go. I'm already planning to buy the 14" dual screen Asus laptop after this one.Now onto the bad: after reloading Windows the accelerometer no longer switches BOTH screens to portrait mode when I turn it it only rotates the main screen. I have NO IDEA who to contact to find a fix because I can't find the OEM - it's not even in the manual. Regarding the manual: it's pretty abysmal. The print is so light and tiny I had to bust out my cell phone camera with the flashlight turned on to zoom in far enough to read it. But the dual-screen setup and calibration notes were slightly useful, but also didn't fix the rotation issue. Boo.In addition I discovered that the screens don't work with either active nor passive styluses, just fingers. So much for sketching on the unit. And lastly, the most egregious oversite: due to the dual screen setup this system gets about 1.5hrs of battery life, but wouldn't it be nice if you could turn off the lower, secondary screen to improve battery life?!? Well the engineers didn't think so, so there's no button or switch to do it, and I haven't found any software to do it for me because - let's be honest - sometimes you just want to look at one screen. I'm surprised they didn't consider that scenario. So if you're looking for this next generation-style device I CAN recommend this one, but please notice the caveats as things to consider for yourself.Updated to add: the barrel jack connector is pretty darn loose when plugged in to charge. It came out several times when I moved the laptop. While I appreciated the charging brick's size - relatively small and svelte - the cable's also on the small size so you're not going far when it's time to re-up the electrons.

The seller and Amazon won’t help you.
I received this laptop and out the box there were problems. The touchscreen for the unit is inconsistent. Also, you got to figure out through the display settings how to A line the screens. The screen protector has started to buckle more and more to wear. There’s a little bubbles that are just annoying to look at. Also, the unit is very heavy. It’s just a basic computer. There’s not too much you can do outside of just the Internet and very minor things. I reached out to the seller to see if they would honor the warranty to be told that Amazon would take care of that. I contacted Amazon that told me they would not replace the unit, I’m scared to send it back because another person who purchased the unit basically never got their money back so I’m kind of stuck with it… I would say absolutely avoid buying this.

A very durable feeling, latest Gen tech. A few glitches but quite good. Generally fast.
I was pleasantly surprised by this device. It has the dual screen concept of substantially more expensive devices for 1/4 of the cost. It is surprisingly sturdy although that makes it a bit heavy, but the weight is worth it for the quality. The hinge is great, the screens are bright and responsive. You will need special drivers if you reset it but I do enjoy using it. The battery charges slowly but it has good battery life. The processor is not the best but more than adequate for most applications. I recommend this device for most people, especially if you like leading the way with new tech but you are on a budget.

Great for touch screen mixing
I use it in conjunction with Mixing Station to control audio mixers. It's great for that purpose as Mixing Station has low processing requirements.Pros-Cheap-Screens look great-Reasonable battery life (think 5-7 hours)Cons-Low end processor-No additional software to manage the dual screens-No USB C charging (Biggest gripe)
