Buy These! Buy These Now! You will use them so much more than you think.
Love these and I now use them for so many more things than I had expected. I use them constantly. They are amazing for setting stops on my router table...for so many things. I will say that the attachment system is obnoxious to use, and I am disappointed to say that I use it less than I thought I would. It just takes too long to make it worth it unless I really need to.

Great 1-2-3 blocks
Excellent quality blocks, including fasteners so you can use these for longer right angles as well as straight measures.

Well made and square
ok, have not actually used this other than unwrapping and cleaning it but does measure square. It came well wrapped and covered in oil so that had to be cleaned. Machining looks good, no case but good deal for the price. Will be used for making model structures where I need square walls. I think it will be fine for that, good tool to have in your kit.

Good but not perfect...
I bought a pair of these in 2016 from Taylor Toolworks (through Amazon) for $15. The part # was ALL-55500 and they're still available as "BL-123 Pair of 1" x 2" x 3" Precision Steel 1-2-3 Blocks" for $24. I checked them today, 7 years later, with a Mitutoyo 500-196 digital caliper and they were still 1.0000x2.0000x3.0000 +/- 0.0005. The blocks I just received as part of this kit (with "Made in China" prominently stamped on the box) appeared to measure 1.9990 in spots. I laid everything out on a flat surface and checked them again being careful to avoid the holes and came up with better results with a couple #.9995's but most readings were dead on. I checked them for square with an Icra 7" and a PEC 6" double square, and for flatness with a precision straight edge, and they're true. They look better than my old ones, which have been through a lot, but I'll probably end up using them for jigs and keep the originals for tool setups. Note that if you mark your 123 blocks with a Sharpie (to keep the pairs matched), the thickness of the ink on a steel surface is 0.0012" or 30 microns. These are definitely overkill for woodworking, but when it comes to setting up saws, drill presses and jointers, there's no such thing as "too square." As far as the connectors go, they're absolutely brilliant once you get the hang of attaching them. Two blocks and a couple fence clamps make for a really beefy corner clamp.
