Well, I am sorry to say this supplement left me irritated and frustrated. So it was not good for me.

Love this stuff... helps keep me focused during the day when I have tasks that I need to work on and it's not massively under dosed like the majority of nootropic combos.

So far I think it works .. I am a little bit more focused or if I start to wonder and think of something it pops right in my head instead of having to wait a day or so to get it . .. I’m still taking it so hopefully it gets even better
