I purchased these insoles because I had a pair of boots that were slightly too roomy, and rubbed against my ankles. I didn't have any experience with insoles before, so I basically just chose these because they were not expensive. They are perfect for what I needed! I will say, that they take up a lot of room in the shoe. So, if your shoe already fits perfect, these will make the shoe too tight. The heel cushion is very comfortable. I am not currently using the two additional lifts, but I am keeping them for other shoes. Good Purchase!!

I didn’t need the extra heel lifts. I just wanted a slight cushy elevation in the heel area for brand new pair of shoes they work perfectly I’m extremely happy. I am short so they give me a little bit of extra height and a great cushion for heels and ankles that tend to get sore.

Very easy to use. You must make sure you cut it to size properly, because if you do, its VERY comfortable! Love the extra height, as I am only 5'2".

These were great in theory but the heels did not stay clicked in so I kept falling as they would become dislodged from each other. I almost cracked my head open on s counter when I fell and then rolled my ankle, I was wearing them with my boots when it happened.
