This is very useful for exercise and for the height growth.

Pros - The one benefit is cost and the quality they give at that makes it lucrative. - The drilling part makes it bit reliable and scope of slip reduces a great bit. - The hand grip is good. Some incorrect information & some cons - It can't withhold 100kg weight - When my older kid, of 40+ kg weight, tried to pull up the rod bents and you don't get enough confidence that it is safe. So 100 kg isn't possible. - The rod is strong but after you extend it, the hollow created in between cause the overall weakness. - There is no lock after you install it. So if someone is holding in the direction of opening of bar, it starts to loose up. - Ease on installation is not that great as you need to drill on walls but on the other hand it provides some sturdiness, so same aspect I've added in pros part. Mediocre Product if you weigh more but Good for kids below 10 or say kids upto 25-30kg. Not a bad product overall but claim of 100 kg isn't believable.

Very useful. Really holds heavier weights but sometimes it gets a little bit bent, but it is very safe for usage.

So far it's really durable,sticks to the doorframe very well, the grips on the bar are really comfortable to hold onto too

While the pull up bar is great in terms of quality and installation, the end rubber grip came off easily. I don't have any option to purchase it separately. So now it came off I don't know what to do with the pull up bar. I won't buy it again, but having said that the bar is comfortable, easier to install anywhere, and apart from the end grip, I don't see any other issues with it.
