Can feel the effect when indoors

It worked fine inside my apartment, but was no match for Riyadh summer heat.If you want it for an indoor space, it works! And it's fun and interesting! Will probably be worth the price to just wear it a few times for the novelty.If you want it for the great outdoors... hah. Try something else.
