Yes indeed, where is Pluto. What do you mean Pluto is not a planet. The very definition still calls it a planet, a Dwarf PLANET. So it’s still a planet. By calling it with the adjective dwarf, and then excluding it, aren’t we sort of being a little biased/racist, just because its orbit is slightly askew from other planets. So when your grandma Mildred in her old age develops problems with her hip and can’t walk straight anymore and perhaps even needs a wheelchair and can’t walk like a normal human, is she not considered human any longer. I’d be more of the mind to ask, where are the other dwarf planets in this.

I don't understand why this puzzle requires Lithium ion batteries. Are they included? What do they do?

That is wrong. It is just a puzzle. No batteries required. It is a great puzzle, good quality, no dust and very heavy duty.

Are the planets in the correct sequence?

yes, but the view is from Earth's moon so it's a different vantage point. My boys were able to get them all.

Are the fish labeled?

No. My son is 4, I sat down on the floor with him and it was pretty easy for him. The pieces are pretty big

Nice product and help kids to learn solar system.

Puzzle quality is good and big in size. My kid learnt solar system by playing this puzzle.

Great floor puzzle

My child really likes these puzzle, and they last for a long time. Of course, I got over ambitious in this one, since my kid is a bit less than 3 years old and I would expect that this puzzle is actually meant for 3.5 years and above. Such a small kid does not really understand planets and space (as opposed to puzzles depicting animals or cars or something that a kid can identify with), and hence the interest level is low. Even with that, the quality level for this puzzle is great (just keep them away from water).

Huge and fun

An excellent piece of Puzzle. My Kid is engrossed in it. The arrangement though was bit befuddling for kid but slowly it grows on them. Nice way to teach the solar system for kids below 5

Definitely worth buying!

Have become a fan of Melissa & Doug puzzles. This particular one is of good quality cardboard and I am sure will last long. Looks really nice when completed. My 3 year old needed some help initially to put it together, however with couple of sessions he has started to manage it by himself. This puzzle is also an early introduction to the solar system in a fun way. I would definitely recommend this.
