Defective item
The mobile item could not properly use, I would like to return or replace the item. Many times my husband use it, and could not hear properly the one he is talking in the other line. It's grounded or static,there's electrical disturbances producing noise while using the mobile for making local or international calls.

Doest even work!
Charged it up and it turned on, was working. Two days later Got sim card, put the card in , put battery back on and it's just white screen and flash light on. Can't do nothing. Not to turn it off, not to turn it on. White screen of death!! So nope, not happy. And can't even return it as I stupidly threw the box away same day as I unpacked it and turned it on...
