This is a wonderful productI am buying this for the 2nd timePros1) Good quality built kids at home threw it like couldt count and it withstood all the time.2) Range I have a triple storied house and have no problem from Terrace to gate3) Battery life 3yrs and I didn't had a dead batteryCons1) if power is down it doesn't work2) worked fine for 3 yrs and stopped

Best part is the second instrument works off the base unit of the main phone, so no need for additional wiring. Can't say about battery life as just bought it. Slightly smaller in size compared to earlier model I had, but grip is good.

I recently purchased the Panasonic 2.4GHz KX-TG3612BX2 Cordless Phone for my residence. As someone who values efficient communication, I was hoping for a reliable cordless phone. Unfortunately, this model left me extremely disappointed.To put it bluntly, the Panasonic KX-TG3612BX2 is a very basic telephone with a severe lack of essential features. Even for residential use, I expected a cordless phone to have at least some basic functionalities, but this model falls short. It lacks essential features that have become standard in many cordless phones on the market, making it inconvenient for everyday use.Another major issue I encountered was the poor wireless range of this cordless phone. In a household setting, you'd expect a cordless phone to provide reliable communication in various rooms. However, the Panasonic KX-TG3612BX2 struggled to maintain a strong signal even within the confines of my residence, leading to frustrating disruptions in calls.Considering its lack of features and poor wireless range, I must say that the Panasonic KX-TG3612BX2 Cordless Phone does not offer good value for money, for residential use. In today's market, there are numerous cordless phones available at similar price points that offer far better features and performance.In conclusion, I regret my purchase of the Panasonic 2.4GHz KX-TG3612BX2 Cordless Phone for my residence. It is a very basic telephone lacking essential features, has a poor wireless range, and does not represent good value for money. I would not recommend it for either residential or professional use, as it falls short of expectations in both settings.

Lot of disturbance is there in the phone - voice on the other side is wavy and not so clear
Sound quality is very bad on both sides - it’s wavy and jumping (missing at time). But by the time my technician came and showed me the problem with the device the return period was already over

The display is easy to round and the ring volume is good enough
Original import by Panasonic India and it covers my 2000Sqft home with ease. The display is easy to round and the ring volume is good enough. The best part about this model is that it uses regular Ni Mh AAA batteries unlike other models which use Panasonic specific battery pack. I have replaced mine with Sanyo Eneloop and it works perfectly fine
