It’s good, but...
While I like the cover design, some weird design choices have been made for the insiders. On the left, you can track workout and it begins with Sunday and ends at Saturday. On the right, you have meal plans that begin with Monday, and with Sunday. It is jarring, if you are using it seriously to either plan or track your diet and health.
