Good product... Used only as cold bag... Doesn't retain cold effect for more than 15 up to a max 20 min only.

It is because of the positive reviews by other customers regarding this product that I ordered the gel pack. Glad to say I am rewarded with a very reliable cold gel pack which soothes my back pain. Because of the gel it remains cold for a long time. In my case I kept the gel pack for one hour and it stayed cold during the entire time. Compared to an ice pack it would not last so long. God bless all the personnel who got the product delivered in time.

The gel quality is not very good. Gel packs should be flexible after freezing. This seems like it's a very inferior quality of gel which gets frozen solid. So it cannot be molded around a specific body part as it stays rigid.I'm afraid to heat it up and use as a hot pack; don't think I want to find out if the gel will leak or explode after 30 sec in the microwave.Unfortunately it is non-returnable, so will have to keep it or throw away.

Heats up quickly and freeze quick! Worth for money.Has a good outer cover,thick enough to bear the heat . useful!
