This backpack was incredibly useful during our recent trip, especially when moving between the cold outdoors and warmer indoor spaces—even with a baby with us! The design made it easy to pack our puffy jackets for quick access. Every time we stepped outside, we’d pull them out, and once back on the shuttle or indoors, we could quickly compress the jackets back into the backpack without taking up much space. This left plenty of room for my essential everyday items. The backpack’s pockets kept everything organized, and the quality is exceptional. The shoulder straps are very comfortable, even after long hours of wear. I can tell this bag is built to last, and it’s officially my go-to travel bag. Highly recommended for anyone who needs both space and smart design on the go!

I travel frequently and this backpack is now my go to carry on luggage. So many storage pockets. Vacuum clothing compartment holds 4 Days + of clothing and all my IT stuff (13” laptop and second screen plus cords, etc.) and compresses down to easily fit in under seat space on aircraft. Love it! Highly recommend for those who fly/travel frequently and want to do so light!

Minor issue with using the smaller pockets if you stuff all the compartments full. Honestly I love the bag. Carried it all over Tokyo.

So many pockets! And velvety soft materials! This is far from my first travel-oriented backpack, but I can certainly say it's my best now. And at ~$150, it should be - but happily, I feel the price is reflected in the build quality and thorough, thoughtful design. Every use case you might want a pocket or feature for is present here. You get the suitcase-like opening into the main chamber, the large zipper going around the whole bag to expand that chamber size, tiny exterior pockets for phones or wallets, an expanding side pocket for bottles, plastic clasps on all corners to cinch down and secure the load, even a built-in locking mechanism with a bypass feature for TSA to keep that laptop pouch secure. And I've barely scratched the surface! Every zipper, every pull, every latch is high-quality, with smooth and confident motion, and clean integration. I can't find a single cut corner, cheap mechanism or low-quality piece of material anywhere. Straps are smooth and silky, the exterior fabric has a softness to it in spite of its weather resistant quality. Zippers are thick and durable, slide smoothly and come with metal pulls. The one thing I find a bit difficult to work with is the airtight zipper in the vacuum chamber, which is a first for me. It takes a good bit of force, but it feels pretty tightly integrated so I'm not too worried about giving it the hard pull it needs to open. As for that vacuum chamber - best thing I've ever seen in travel gear, right there. I gave it a difficult test by stuffing a full-size memory foam pillow inside, and the results were solid. The pillow compressed down to a fraction of its original size, leaving tons more space for other things inside. And using the vacuum chamber was simple. Once closed, you open the one-way valve and you can squeeze the chamber to force air out, while none leaks back in. If you don't want to bother with the included pump, it's totally unnecessary. You could just press your lips to the valve and suck, if you're feeling adventurous; point being, you have options! Which is good. They make it sound like the vacuum pump is built in, but thankfully it is not. It's included in its own little box inside, a totally separate product, almost. It's fairly versatile for inflating/deflating things, and a nice value add. Again, you don't necessarily need it to evacuate the air in that chamber, but it really helps, and it's nice that if it breaks (or you just don't need it) you're not stuck with dead weight in the bag. Overall, it's comfy, well-built, spacious, with tons of great options for however you want to use it. I keep finding new features and possibilities every time I look it over. For me, I think this is the travel backpack to end all travel backpacks. If you want to avoid the fees for You Know Which Airline and can only bring whatever fits under your seat, I don't think it gets much better than this. It's a hefty pricetag compared to previous backpacks I've reviewed, but now that I've had my hands on so many, this one stands head and shoulders above the others and absolutely justifies the cost!
