Right I’ve waited 3 months to write my review! After failing to get on with a standard pregnancy pillow I ordered this hoping it would help my sleep quality. This pillow is great. I’ve only needed to use it for the last few weeks (32 weeks onwards) and it honestly has helped my bump feel more supported and hence I’ve felt more comfortable. I have needed to use another standard pillow under my knee which makes the set up in bed a bit bulky but still loads better than a standard pregnancy pillow. The back support also helps reduce the amount of time I spend on my back. Only negative is that the cover twists round a bit and the Velcro is itchy - have to wear PJs to prevent irritation.

This has made a huge difference for me during my pregnancy. I bought it at around 12 weeks because I felt like my posture lying on my side was causing me pain and I needed something to support my back. It helped a bit with that and has become more invaluable as the pregnancy has gone on (at 30 weeks now!) I tried using a long L shaped pillow but it felt awkward being the same height for my whole body. I would have a sore neck or my knees would feel to high. With this, my back is supported or I can lean forward slightly without feeling uncomfortable and I can use other pillows for my knees and kneck which feels less cumbersome. I also don't worry about waking up on my back since the pillow keeps me propped up. I use it when I'm not sleeping too, to prop my knees up with a bunch of pillows behind my back if I'm resting in bed. Like others, the reason it lost a star is because the stitching has come undone a bit but I don't see it falling apart before the baby arrives and I could try to restitch it. It was definitely worth the money for me. Sleep isn't very comfortable in general anymore but it's much more bearable with this pillow.

This pillow is super comfy, doesn’t take up the whole bed and has been great from early on. I was a front sleeper so bought it when I was about 6 weeks pregnant to try and help prevent the rolling onto my front. It’s massively helped, I’m now over 20 weeks and still found it has kept its shape, isn’t too bulky and worth the price.

I bought this pillow to help me transition from a front sleeper to a side sleeper due to a sleep apnea diagnosis. The pillow works a treat for this, keeping me (mostly) locked in place overnight and is super comfy. What isn't so good is the piece of material that joins the two pillows together. It wears and rips very easily and will ultimately come apart due to the material / stitching being thin. I can't sew, but I want to keep sleeping with this pillow on a regular basis as it is really good to sleep with and saves space over other pregnancy pillow (or pillow fort) options. Just be aware that the cover will almost certainly rip within the first month of purchase, and will probably be entirely detached by month no. 3!

Very comfortable memory foam pillow that really helped during pregnancy. Even after the baby arrived, we've found it useful for the baby as well. Happy with it.

I had a different pregnancy pillow that had lost all its shape so really needed another! I don’t get on well with the big wrap around ones as I find it’s only my back and bump that’s needs support! This has been a life saver for me! Been using for 3 nights now and what a difference! Really needed this. It’s like a memory foam type so it’s really supportive unlike my last one which was soft! Definately recommend for pregnant mamas! Going to still use after baby comes!

So happy I purchased this. I became dependent on it during my pregnancy. It was the only thing helping with my back pain. Now my 3 months baby girl is using it as a back rest when sitting on the sofa. I highly recommend it. It's a must have during pregnancy. I gave it 4 stars as the stitches could be better for the price. I had to sew it a couple of times, but it still helped me a lot.

I spent a couple weeks researching wedge pregnancy pillows. I have a large U one from my last pregnancy that I liked, but wanted more support this time around for my hips and back. I was attracted to this one because of the memory foam as opposed to the stuffing. I'm plus-sized anyway pre-pregnancy (currently 22 weeks, and 225lbs), and wasn't wooed by the idea of stuffing to squash down. I've spent a couple nights on it already, and already love how I feel when I wake up after having slept on this. I've also started taking one of the wedges and using it as extra back support at my office chair. I love it. The tiny pillow that comes with it has been nice to shove in the crevice behind my back and give extra support. Kind of a pain to readjust if I roll over, but I'll get over it for the comfort and relief I've found. The ONLY downside I can see so far, is that the fabric/zipper on the pillow feels flimsy, and it might rip at some point. But I'm handy with a needle, so I'm not too terribly worried about fixing it if it came to that. Other reviews mentioned a smell? It was maybe there for an hour after I opened it, and it was gone after that. No problems there. Overall, happy with this purchase, and will recommend it to others. ONE MONTH UPDATE: no rips, and still holding strong! Sleeping with nightly, and using one piece during the day for extra back support. Even traveled with it. I love the support it gives my back and hips. Still happy with my purchase! END OF PREGNANCY UPDATE: I slept on this pillow every night from 22 weeks, and am currently 38 weeks. I still swear by this pillow, and I'm happy to have found it. It has given me plenty of support as my bump has grown, and has stayed in good shape. The only exception being a few popped seems in the connecting strap, which doesn't affect the functionality, so I don't care. Still highly recommend.

I received this pillow earlier than expected, which was great since I’m in my third trimester and needed it urgently. The pillow itself is very comfortable, supportive, and the size is perfect. Unfortunately, it arrived with ripped stitching, and the material feels quite weak. I’m worried it may tear more with regular use. When I tried customer service for a replacement, they required me to return the pillow and reorder a new one, which would take 1–2 weeks—a frustrating delay at this stage of pregnancy would really like to be able to replace it since it $75 dollars. Overall, the pillow is great in terms of comfort, but the quality and return process could be better.

Best maternity pillow of all time!!!!! So comfy and not bulky like all the other ones that takes up half your bed! This one provides good support while still allowing a snuggle from your partner! It’s supper soft and you melt into it!

I realized after sending this link to all my pregnant friends that I should probably leave an Amazon review, too. This is the best purchase I’ve made in all of my pregnancy. I started using this pillow around 20 weeks, when I kept waking up on my back freaked out that I was harming my kid (I am usually a back sleeper!). It kept me on my side effectively. As I got bigger, it’s really helped me with supporting my belly bump, back, and hips. I haven’t had to adjust it yet but will soon as I’m nearing the end and getting rapidly bigger, and I really appreciate the size adjustability. I tried the oversized donut pregnancy pillow and hated it - it took over the bed and was really uncomfortable for my neck. This one is a way easier size to deal with (I’ve brought it on travel multiple times), and is frankly 1000X more comfortable anyway. This pillow plus a regular bed pillow between my legs has saved my sleep in third trimester. I can’t imagine getting through my pregnancy without this and hands down recommend this product (I don’t leave Amazon reviews often). For a few bucks, this is absolutely worth your money!!!
