Q: Can it hold a internal dvd drive? and what size?

Yes one it seems, and all DVD drives for desktop computers are pretty much the same size.

Q: How do install additional fans? There is no access the exterior to mount the fans. I cant take off the white casing to acess the exterior of the case

First you have to decide how many fans you want because you are going to sacrifice storage space of and optical space .I have two top fans and one on the back. The top snap off as dose the front,be careful not to yank on parts all is plastic. when you remove the top you will see where 2 top fans can be mounted .When you remove the front bottom you should see a place to mount as well as the regular back mount above you power supply.Hope this helps

i don't know from experience, but most likely. the case is designed to fit full length gpu's.

Where is the power button located? The button is on top of my current case and my cat keeps walking on it and turning it off.
