Fantastic machine which comes with some basic designs all ready to stitch out. Embroidery thread and some stabiliser also included. What is best is the after service and support given by the Poolin team, they are fantastic.There are many videos by Poolin on how to use the machine.The handling by the delivery service could have been better as my needle was bent (some spares included) and some panels were loose. The machine worked and the team helped me check my machine.They have also helped me upgrade it, giving clear instructions on a video how to do it.

Great product and even better customer service. I’m still learning how to use this and the help from their team has been excellent, they are helping me step by step with any issues iam having whilst learning how to use this machine. The machine itself is incredible. Having issues with my own designs (my problem not the machine) but the preloaded designs work perfectly!

Brilliant machine had trouble downloading patterns from pc to mahine but with the excellent help of the sales technician Luke Ren we managed to get it sorted

I received the embroidery machine, I can't say it was a good machine or a bad machine as I didn't get the opportunity to use it, although I can say some of demos on line were positive. When the machine arrived and I took it out of the box it was damaged and I had the impression it was a second hand machine, because it had the look that it had been used, even to a point an information label looked as though it been pulled off a badly resealed. So all of this put me off ordering another one. So I just returned it and was issued a full refund with no issues.

Needles keep breaking. The alignment is slightly out so causes carnage. Was really expensive for what it is
