I tried a few other lactation gummies and capsules, but they always made me very nauseous or didn’t taste good. These don’t give me any nausea if you have a sensitive stomach and they taste good. Since taking these, I haven’t gotten a clogged duct or one that wouldn’t go away within a day. I produce enough for triplets so quite a bit of milk that is a straight road to clogs and mastitis, but these have helped tremendously do avoid that. Definitely would recommend to anyone that overproduces or needs to produce a lot if you get clogs all the time.

I started taking these about a week into my breast feeding journey, I had to supplement my LO with formula initially cause I wasn’t making enough. We’re four months in and I’ve been able to do away with all supplementation and even have a little stash. I’m no super producer and still only pump a maximum of 4 ounces on a good pump, but no supplementing is a win for me. Also, I forgot to order more and thought it wasn’t a big deal to take a couple days off and I’m suffering my first clogged duct now. 🥲

The media could not be loaded. They don’t work for me. I’ve been taking 2 a day and still no change. I had a drop in my supply. They also stick together. I’m picking and pulling at it to get 2 gummies.

These are super delicious and they actually work, I needed some vitamins because breastfeeding takes a lot out of you I came across these and decided to give it a try . Not only are they a delicious strawberry flavor but they also increased my milk supply, I went from barely able to keep up with my baby to having up to 20oz extra at the end of each day.On a plus side they don’t have any affect on my baby, usually with others the baby gets fussy or has bad diarrhea or an upset tummy , I haven’t noticed any changes with him if anything he seems to be sleeping better and not spitting up as much.So if you need something for a safe way to increase milk supply or need some extra vitamins I would definitely recommend this.

These taste awful. I don't know if they're helping yet as I've only taken them for two days so far.

Not only do these gummies taste good, they did keep my milk supply stable. Great ingredients.

So I’m not pregnant nor ever had a baby, gave these a try to see if I could start induced lactating and after not even a full week of taking them I’m starting to see milk! Without any suction from pumps or anything just simply taking these gummies I’m already starting to produce a little bit! Can’t say in my experience for upping your milk supply, but if it can make me start to lactate naturally using nothing else and never been pregnant before, I’d definitely give these a try if you are trying to increase your supply! These also taste amazing and no bad after taste or side effects, I definitely recommend!
