Rock Collection Starter Kit, 54 Rocks & Minerals with Name Labels

I live rocks and this is a great collection. All the rocks are labeled clearly and they are a perfect size to examine. My students enjoyed using them in their rock research projects.

My son is autistic and obsessed with geology — and this set was a total jackpot! It kept him busy for hours (which, if you’re a special needs parent, you know is basically a miracle). He examined every rock like a scientist on a caffeine rush, named a few of them, and declared himself the “CEO of Rocks.” The quality was great, and the variety kept him totally engaged. I now have rocks on my kitchen table, in his pockets, the washing machine (oops), and under my pillow. Totally worth it. If your kid loves science, collecting things, or just enjoys turning your living room into a mini excavation site, this is the set for you!

My brother loved it

Won best present for the kid who loves rocks and card games. He was so excited to see it was a deck of playing cards that showed the types of rocks!

It’s attractive and the booklet is nice

Bought this for homeschool science. Nice variety of rocks, good size pieces, but the packaging made this set much more difficult to use than it should have been! The rocks come in a divided, labeled plastic tray - not the best quality, but good idea. However, the flimsiness of the tray and its cover mean that every jostle leaves room for rocks to escape their nice little labeled compartment and get completely mixed up. And if that weren't bad enough, the "guide" is in no descernible order so trying to match the 54 rocks, some of which look extremely similar up with either a randomly arranged series of pages in the book, or randomly arranged cards in the deck is taking us a very long time. Better quality packaging and a more organized guide (alphabetical or the order they are in the tray, either would be great!) would have made this a 5 star product for sure!

Bought this set for a future geologist/scientist, now 7. Very comprehensive and well laid out. Properly identified with honest to God samples actually large enough to hold and examine. Cost effective, educational and what I consider a great investment into the future. Funds permitting I'll consider having a few more sets in reserve for stocking stuffers and grandchildren and neighbor visits. Maybe stash an extra for me to play with too.

The rock and mineral set was opened during shipping and everything was scattered in the box. I spent a few hours trying to identify the right rocks. After I identified almost every rock I realized it was missing 3 gems. Its a nice set and probably just a bad delivery. I would but again.

Amazing quality and variety! I bought this for my 10-year-old who’s really into gemstones, and he absolutely loved it. The selection of rocks, crystals, and minerals is impressive, and the included book is brilliant – colourful, child-friendly, and packed with interesting facts about each stone. A great educational and fun gift for any child who loves gems and geology.

All good, but English is missing! the box is in english and book has no english... very strange.

Beautiful collection 😍
