This is a little on the pricey side, nonetheless, it works as described. I prefer the packets that you mix yourself. It absolutely quenches your thirst, it’s highly mixable and has a great taste!

It comes shrink-wrapped but otherwise it's as shown. This is not an energy drink for anyone new to their products but being hydrated certainly helps feel more awake. It is very salty so just be ready for that.

Good value for pack
Bought these while pregnant for extra electrolytes. Was only able to drink half before getting Shaky. Love the brand I prefer the packets though. Great clean ingredients. I prefer the lemonade taste also but this one wasn’t bad. Just very salty which I don’t mind.

Satisfying Product
The best post-workout drink. Replenish lost electrolytes. I literally have this shipped to me (now) across the other side of the world because its that good. Wish LMNT would expand into Southeast Asia; where I believe, this product would flourish. The high humidity & heat make it almost a necessity on a daily basis.
